a redundant site 2
Hi all sorry i do not post often on this Group as i am a member of a lot of IO groups but i have recently joined a group that has 12 members but has only ever had 2 postings that is one when the group was set up about 5 years ago and the one i sent when i joined about 2 weeks ago someone must have approved my membership but unfortunately when emailing the owner I get no replies is there a way i can take over the sight as it appears to be a redundant site Regards Paul

Hi I am trying to add a Zoom link to calendar and the response says that it is not supported. How can I add it to Description on meeting date on Calendar so it's there for my group to click on it? Thank you.

Threads splitting in email box 4
Hi All, With some regularity, our email threads act as though they are split. For example, we had a thread about tile in our group. It's got 17 replies and if I log into our groups.io dashboard, it's all one thread. But for the several people on the thread, it has now split in our email and is acting like 3 different threads. Anyone know what might be causing this and how to avoid / fix it? Thanks, Sydney

hello, i would like to change the name of our group. It seems that doing so causes a lot of issues and many pages no longer open up. Is there a way to change a group name easily without interfering with any of the pages in the group?

Is there a reason that the Group_Help archive, and even the Group_Help Homepage, is not visible unless you are already a member? 16
I joined because I wanted to check out something I seem to recall having been asked in the past, but could not do so. When I use Find or Create a Group to locate Group_Help, and click on the link to the homepage, this is what displayed until I just now joined: Yet if one looks on the Group_Help homepage, it says this: I cannot so much as see the group home page prior to having joined, so something's up. I definitely can't visit the archives page: /g/Group_Help/topics without being subscribed, either. It gives the same banner message about not being a member as trying to view the group home page does.

subscription disabled because this group cannot add any more members - why? 2
Good evening, I am moderating a group with currently 105 subscribers and the subscription (home) page reads [email protected] (disabled because this group cannot add any more members) I had initially searched for an answer and I found that no more than 20 people can join in one day but anyone knows if that's normal that the maximum size of the group is 105 members or there's a glitch? Or am missing something? thank you Abel

Subscribers are receiving Bounce Probes... 12
During the past few days, many of our subscribes are getting Bounce Probe messages. Message says, "Emails to you have bounced back... You must take action to restore your account... Click here..." But, when I check their delivery history, the most recent unsuccessful attempt is several days old and is a delay, not a bounce. Like this for 3/18, for subscriber who got the Bounce Probe 3/22: mx03.earthlink-vadesecure.net: 450 4.2.0 Message temporarily rejected - ELNK001_512 - https://postmaster-earthlink.vadesecure.com/inbound_error_codes/#_512 Mar 18 Any ideas what's going on? And, members receiving this notice seem to be still getting mail; should I advice subscribers to ignore? or to click the "Restore" link? TIA.

Various Calendar syncing issues
Hello all. I am the owner of a group here and have calendar syncing set up. It works fine, except I've been experiencing two issues, which might be the same one. 1) Calendar syncs properly to Google calendar, but after deleting a recurring event in 开云体育, it still shows up in the Google calendar. The name of the event was NOT changed, it was only deleted. 2) 开云体育 sends out a weekly Upcoming Events email to the main group. I changed the location of one event on the calendar, which shows correctly in the Calendar, but the Upcoming Events email still shows the old address. Any suggestions? Obviously, deleting and creating a new event doesn't seem to be the answer. Hopefully someone from 开云体育 can help. Thanks in advance. Mike

Database download to CSV downloads all but one column 9
How do I get it to download all the columns? In case it matters, the column not downloaded is the "updated" column which shows when the row in the database was last updated. I'm using CSV and not JSON because I'm not familiar with JSON. If the solution is that JSON will have all the columns, please tell me an easy way to convert the JSON to Excel. There's nothing special about the database and its entries. They're all text entered by members, except the "updated" column. Thanks

I manage about 7 or 8 groups, but for the few I have created in the last couple years, I can’t seem to find the calendar to add events to it. Is this now a paid feature? Thanks.

Our group is currently using Google Groups. We are not satisfied due to certain features and poor support. Does groups.io offer migration services to move accounts and the archive of emails from Google Groups to groups.io? If not, are their other resources for accomplishing the migration? Thank you. Subgroup settings 3
I’ve just created a new subgroup on one of my pro accounts, and for the life of me, I can’t find where to tell it to be a two-way list as opposed to an announce-only list. I’ve been through the settings, and nowhere do I see this. It used to be easy to find, so either I’m having a bad brain day, or it’s been changed.

Photos Question 35
A few years ago, I disabled the photo feature for the group I run. Reason being that whenever a photo or image was shared and responses were sent to the group no one ever remembered to delete the photo/image in their response. As a result, by every week’s end there was a large amount of them to be deleted and then it could only be done one at a time. I do hope that has changed and more can be deleted at once. Would like to give the group a second chance now but cannot find a link to restoring that option. Your help and advice is needed, please. Maria

BOUNCING EMAILS 8
I have received three emails recently from groups.io informing me that my emails are bouncing. I pressed the link each time to unbounce them, but it keeps happening. The people in one of the groups I belong to, many of whom are pretty tech savvy, can’t tell me why it is happening, and I am the manager of the other group, and the members certainly wouldn’t have a clue.
