开云体育If i understand your question correctly, and you are asking about adding names to your subscriber list?it will be in this format in a field below the welcome letter ?NAME <emailname@...> If you are still asking about how to make a QR code, you will need to link your QR code to an actual webpage. Hope this helps! On Mar 8, 2025, at 17:37 PM, Bill Davis Admin via <BillyRandKarenBDavis@...> wrote: Would all I need to include is the email address or does it have to contain a “mail to:” prefix?

When scanned, this should launch their email program and populate it with a subject line and some text (perhaps "Send this email to join group XXXXX"). All they have to do is send it. Keep in mind that a QR code is not necessary to do this; you can do exactly the same thing with a simple hyperlink.

There is no way to create a QR code that will allow people to Direct Add themselves to the group. They must perform some confirming action. If you have a list of people that you want to join, simply sending each one an invitation seems more straightforward.
