You can't.? You must select the trial when creating the group, not later.

The 开云体育 Help Center includes the Owners Manual and Members Manual.
They can be browsed online or downloaded as PDF files.

As Duane said, the 90-trial is only available during group creation. If the group already exists and is on the Basic plan, it's too late.
?
If you just got done creating the group, you can delete it and start over. If you go this route, I suggest renaming the existing group (change the "Group Email Address" field) to garbage characters prior to deleting it, so you can reuse that name if you want to.
?
Failing that, you can get a one-month Basic -> Premium upgrade for $20 and check things out that way.

I'm unclear what you mean by this. Are you at /creategroup?plan=trial ? If so, this is the email address of the group you're creating, not your personal address.
?
Hope this helps,
Bruce

Actually, it could be prompting for either your personal email address, or the group's address, depending on whether or not you were logged-in to your 开云体育 account already.
?
If it asks for a "Group Email Address", and has "@groups.io" already there to the right of the box, then it is asking you to type in only the group name that you wish to use for your brand new group.? It is odd that it puts it in the form of "Group Email Address" when it is actually asking for a "Group Name", not an email address.
?
Regardless, there are some restrictions about group names.? The name must have no spaces, no plus signs, no slashes, no periods, and no underscores.? Presumably the "@" symbol also is not allowed in the name.? Hyphens are allowed.? And it must be 34 characters or less.
?
Do not type the "@domain" part because it will be appended automatically to whatever you type.
