a redundant site

Paul Bicknell All Messages By This Member #7556 Hi all? sorry i do not post often on this Group as i am a member of a lot of IO groups? ? but i have recently joined a group that has 12 members but has only ever had 2 postings that is one when the group was set up about 5 years ago ?and the one i sent when i joined about 2 weeks ago someone must have approved my membership? but unfortunately when emailing the owner? I get no replies? is there a way i can take over the sight? as it appears to be a redundant? site ? Regards Paul?
