Is there a "master" setting where I can place a footer on all messages that are created, whether it be from the main group or from sub-groups?? Or do I have to edit all types?

The footers for the main group and its subgroups have to be edited separately.?If you have 50 subgroups you'll have to do 51 edits.

You'll find it in the "Message Formatting" block in [sub]group settings.

Are we talking about your personal sig line here? If so, that would also need to be edited separately, once for each [sub]group.

Failing that, I don't know what you mean by "footer types."

Yes...? Simply go to your group and follow this path...

Home > Admin > Preferences > Settings > Message Formatting > Message Footer Window...? Just add the text you want and Update Group...
