1. Who is the most prolific serial killer you never heard of? The I 70 killer in Indiana and Ohio. Turned out to be a mild manner middle aged white male who was married. When his farm was searched the remains of at least twenty five people were found. He killed himself a couple of days after the news of the discovery was released. 2. What is the strangest street sghn you have ever seen? Just outside of Piercce Idaho on the Forest Service 250 Rd is a sign that reads "next service 111 miles". What they don't tell you is that the pavement ends in another six miles and from that point on it is a one - one and a half lane gravel road. Beautiful drive but pack a lunch and a full tank of gas. 3. What is the most worthless college endowment you have ever heard of? Probably Harvard - about 60 billion and yet they still charge high tuition. 4. What is the remotest place located by name in Google Earth you have ever been to:? And when? Moose City Idaho.. It is on a spur off the Forest Service 250 Rd and where I first worked as a construction inspector in 1979. It is also where my ashe4s will be scattered when I wander off this mortal coil. 5. Is the released text messages from the Cabinet meeting about possible military action a major disaster or a tempest in a teapot? Definitely a tempest in a teapot. But the scary thing is that civilians not part of the cabinet were either delibeately or accidentally included in the message stream. The real important question is whether or not it as delibearate and who did it - one of the recognized attendees for a staffer. Also was it deliberate or not.

1. Was Zelensky smart to tell Vance that diplomacy was a bad idea? I wasn't sure that he did just that, but I understand Zelensky's reluctance to cut a deal with Putin, since Russia reneged on its guarantee to protect Ukraine after Ukraine turned over its nuclear weapons to Russia, and Russia's subsequent annexation of Crimea. 2. Did you watch Trump's speech to Congress Tuesday night? No; I probably should, though. 3. Will tariffs raise retail prices? In some imported goods, yes, but in the long run in some goods the net gain will be better for the USA. 4. How much of national spending do you think is wasteful/fraudulent? More is wasteful than fraudulent. A lot of government employees are in unneeded jobs, probably 20% or so. 5. Do you think the world economy will be worse off or better off at the end of the current year than it was at the end of the previous year? Smart money is betting on a global recession. Wealthy people are getting out of stocks and into bonds or other investments, like real estate, or just plain cash. Ed

1. Should pregnant women be called impregnated persons? How about just "pregnant?" 2. Should people be allowed to work from home without supervision? Some may, some don't. A lot of people don't need supervision, and others need little supervision. while some need frequent, close or constant supervision. It all depends on the job and the person. 3. Will the release of the Epstein records accomplish anything? We'll never know until the records are released. 4. Should federal government employees be required to list what they have accomplished in the last week - if they are on sick leave or vacation they can report a week after they have come back. It's just more paperwork; supervisors should request that report if they want it or don't know what their employees do. 5. Will the settlement between Ukraine and Russia accomplish anything useful? We won't know until a settlement is reached and stability is achieved. Ed _._,

1. Is race a real or constructed concept? It's real, and obvious in most cases. 2. If race is real, what race should people of mixed ancestry be classied as? Call them "mixed race." The Mexicans and some Caribbean Islands and parts of the American South went overboard with the concept of mixed race, as did the South Africans during apartheid. In schools we learned about mulattos, quadroons, octaroons, sesquitoons, but the Mexicans had separate terms for Spanish/Indians and Black/Indians and every other combination you can imagine. There used to be a huge chart in the Chapultepec museum showing drawings of what those various racial permutations looked like. 3 Should Forest Management be returned to the seasonal burning done by the Native Americans before white colonization? I'm not sure what you mean by seasonal burning done by the Native Americans, since tribes behaved differently, but seasonal burning seems to be a better way to manage some forests than uncontrolled burning. 4. Should litigation to limit forest management be outlawed or severely limited in scope and time? I don't know what you mean by that. 5. Musk has suggested that part of the savings from DOGE should be rebated to taxpayers - is this a good idea?\\ Let's wait until we see how much savings there are. Ed

Pat said: "A man without his junk could not rape women in those places, but he is still bigger and stronger and faster and could assault them and hurt them very badly. Keep him out." And Darrell replied: Fine by me. I have not peeked into a ladies area since I was a teen, when such things had the thrill of a hormone-driven novelty. Fair is fair, though, so you ladies best not be ninja-spying on our men's domains! Get thee hence, witches! :)

`1. Do you think Reagan National Airport in Washington DC should be closed to commercial aircraft as a result of the midair collision yesterday? It would be the easy solution and therefore what is most likely th happen - whether or not it makes any sense. 2. Do you think RFK will be confirmed for Secretary of HHS? I hope so but would give him even odds. 3. Will Trump be i mpeached again - if so what for? For being unpopular with the party that controls the House - remember all it takes is a majoirty vote of either a quorum or the entire membrshio - no particular reason is necessary. 4. US destroyrers were targeted by Houthi drones this week - is this another Tonkin Gulf incident leading to a larger war? Probably not but I hope we do something besides bomb an aspirin factory 5. Do you think the overall media does a good job of exposing what is going on? No really - I think they do what they can to sell advertzements.

1. Will the ceasefire in Gaza solve anything? Only that terroruism pays 2. Would you buy a goid bar from Costco? If I had enough money left after paying bills 3. Should birthright citizenship be abolished? It certaihly needs to be revisited - the idea that every persoh born in the US not only gets instant citizenship but also gets to qualify all their relatives and friends attracts people who don't want to contribute. 4. Are you glad that the files on the JFK, RFK, and MLK assassinations are going to be released? Emphatically yes - too many secrets and too much overclassificiation 5. Do you think all of Trumps cabinet appointees witl be confirmed? Unfortunately not - some if te opposition is having fun opposing them.

Unlikely Probably No. That would likely lead to another similar catastrophe. No. I don't think that anyone in Trump's regime knows enough about that. That's quite the vague question. People already do post anonymously on various internet platforms. I don't pay any attention to them, though. Aloha, Celeste Rogers

5. What do you see at the most dangerous political situation in the world today? It has not changed. The steady march of Islam toward taking over the world, and creating a worldwide caliphate of hate and slaughter. That is what our future holds, unless we smarten up a whole lot, very fast, and get every aspect of Islam out of all western countries. And keep it out. Pat *** It has not changed, The steady march of Marxism toward taking over the world..... TBill I agree, TBill, the Marxists/Socialists/Communists/Woke/Progressives are certainly trying. They have managed to ensnare very large numbers of people into their cult/mind virus, and they have done tremendous harm to all western countries. And they may very well be successful in destroying the fabric of western civilization, which they must do to replace it with their ideology. But they will never get to finish their longed-for Marxist revolution. Because the Islamists are lying in wait. They are allies for now, both groups determined to destroy civilization, and working together at times to do so. Note all the lunatic protesters in the streets and on college campuses, marching around in their cos-play keffiyeh scarves. The ringleaders and organizers and funders are Islamists, and all the rest are leftists who imagine they are part of some great movement. But as soon as civilization breaks and the revolution begins, the Islamists will take control. They will slaughter all the leftists that helped them get there, and they will turn western countries into Islamist hellholes just like their own countries. That is how they took over Iran in 1979, and many other countries before it. Unless we stop both groups, it will happen here too. In Europe first, but Canada is very close behind, and then the USA. They already have control of most of the UK; it may be too late for them to survive. Pat
