Some may, some don't.? A lot of people don't need supervision, and others need little supervision. ?while some need frequent, close or constant supervision.? It all depends on the job and the person.

We'll never know until the records are released.

It's just more paperwork; supervisors should request that?report if they want it or don't know what their employees do.

We won't know until a settlement is reached and stability is achieved.

Do not forget fairness, equity, justice, and the great wide sea of other rules and legalities.? This theoretical worker must be accorded complete respect with respect to all those and to any other things that the relevant courts and judges will certainly take under consideration.? In the thoroughly modern world there is no such a thing as "real life".? All life in the "advanced" world is now theoretical life.? People are cogs, work units, parties to contracts, and almost certainly impediments to the efficient working of various governing machines.
