Wiring Diagram
Main Board & Raduino Assembly
Mount 4 of the 1cm threaded standoffs to the bottom of the main board so they act as feet.
Use 4 of the 1cm standoffs to connect the LCD display to the header board.
The header board plugs into the main board.
Power
The three pin power post on the board is located in the left rear of the main board (while looking at the display) and is labeled P1.
The three wire connector with Red, Black Brown wires mounts here.
The chassis mount power plug and the 1N4007 Diode (black and silver on one end)
Wiring Instructions
TODO: Diagram + Picture
- Tin all the posts
- Cut wires to length, strip bare and tin
- Red & Brown (+)
- Black (-)
- The Diode is wired across the (-) and (+) posts with the silver end of the diode on the (+) post.
Antenna
The two pin antenna post on the board is located on the right rear of the main board and is labeled J2
The two wire connector with Brown and Black wires mounts here.
The BNC connector
Wiring Instructions
TODO: Diagram + Picture
- Tin all the posts
- Cut wires to length (AS SHORT AS POSSIBLE), strip bare and tin
- Brown - Center of BNC
- Black - Outer shell (?? name ??) wiring post

Audio Harness
The audio harness mount is located on the front right of the main board and is labeled Audio1
To this you will mount one of the 8 wire multi-color harnesses and then connect the following components:
- Volume Knob
- 1/8" Speaker Jack
- 2 of the microphone wires (connected later)
Wiring Instructions
TODO: Diagram and Pictures
- Label the harness Audio
- Tin the three posts hanging off the bottom of the Volume knob & the 1/8" headphone jack
- Volume Knob
- When looking at the display, the wires will be ordered left to right in this order: (You might actually have the board face down when you're soldering so double-check the order)
- Green (Ground)
- Yellow (Volume High)
- Orange (Volume Mid)
- When looking at the display, the wires will be ordered left to right in this order: (You might actually have the board face down when you're soldering so double-check the order)
- Headphone Jack
- Black (Ground) - The single pin on the chassis side of the connector
- Brown (Speaker +) - TODO... somewhere in this forum, there's a good explanation of this.
Raduino Harness
The Raduino harness mount is located on the top right of the header board holding the display and is labeled P1 on the front facing side of the board.
To this you will mount one of the 8 wire multi-color harnesses and then connect the following components:
- Tuning Knob
- 1/8" Jack for Key
- 1/8" Jack for Microphone (2 wires from the audio + 1 from the Raduino)
Wiring Instructions
TODO: Diagram and Pictures
- Tin the 5 posts on the tuning knob, and the posts on the 1/8" jacks
- Tuning Knob will be wired so that when looking at the display and down onto the knob, the wires will be in following order left to right:
- Top three wires:?
- Brown (ENC_B)
