Just leave the squelch open in CD software mode, a flicker led is what you want to see. it will light solidly when it hears a packet burst.

i will leave the station on for all the saturday beacon every 5 minutes how can i set the squelch in software mode? if i put the am/fm switch the red light blinks instead of staying always on
