THE ROLE:

The Global Services Business Manager will work to identify key enablers of customer satisfaction, main elements of services growth strategy, and implement cross-functionally across the business. This opportunity is home-office based (remote).?

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

·?????? Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Engineering, or Sciences, and 5+ years of work experience preferably in growth environments

·?????? An energetic & aggressive change agent with the ability to move cross-functional teams to deliver results

·?????? Unwavering customer & quality focus to implement actions that will benefit customers

·?????? Analytical mindset / proven ability to look at various data points and propose growth solutions

·?????? Six Sigma or TQM experience

The VP Product and Portfolio Management will develop a portfolio-wide strategy that spans across the four business units and articulates how the whole creates more value than the sum of the parts and positions PAC favorably for long-term success.

Product Development

  • Responsible for leading the organization to identify the needs of the business and then research for new products and services, product and services enhancements and product evolution. Including but not limited to hardware, SaaS, PaaS and mobility product lines.
  • Leads the initial product planning from concept through to product approval and launch. This includes the resource planning to execute Product roadmaps.

  • Develops and implements methods and procedures for monitoring product lifecycle performance such as preparation of records of expenditures and research findings, progress reports, and staff conferences, in order to inform management of current status of each project
  • Support Procurement and Supplier Contracts to negotiate contracts with partners and suppliers or other applicable studies or support
  • Plans and formulates future research and development proposals such as the project objective or purpose, applications that can be utilized from understanding the costs of project, and equipment and human resource requirements.
  • Direct creation of support material such as interactive presentations, videos; serve as outside presenter of PAC capabilities (e.g., trade shows)
  • Develop presentation and RFP content to support technical and non-technical customer meetings and presentations for sales and executive leadership team members.
  • Work with the Heads of the business unites to capture market requirements and develop the ROI with their buy in.

Managerial

  • Manage direct reports to ensure solid execution of the above
  • Assume a strong leadership role with a focus on team development and creating a desirable and effective working environment.
  • Work with the Heads of Engineering, Operations, functions and other leaders to ensure the proposed products and services are aligned with our overall architecture and business strategy.

Education/Experience requirements:

  • Masters or, at least, Bachelor’s degree in Product Development, Business or equivalent-related major.
  • Minimum 15+ years of experience in developing and executing product line strategies as head of product management or chief product officer
  • 8+ years of management experience

Knowledge/Skills needed:

  • Experience building a Product Management team and establishing Product Management processes (Pragmatic Marketing framework), successfully bringing new products and systems to market
  • Ability to drive all aspects including commercial and technical aspects of the product
  • Experience across hardware, software and digital solutions and services

JOB OVERVIEW

Our healthcare client is seeking an experienced EMR/ERP Manager who will oversee the design, implementation, delivery, maintenance and support of BOTH Clinical and Business Applications portfolio across the enterprise. The individual will work closely with business partners and manage a team of resources to ensure timely delivery and continuous improvement of appropriate solutions, while ensuring compliance with HIPAA, Hi-tech, Meaningful use, JCAHO and other regulatory requirements.

NOTE: Candidates must have strong hands-on experience in supporting BOTH Clinical/EHR/EMR and ERP Business (HRIS, Financial) applications in a Hospital/Health System environment

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

·???????? Lead and coordinate the design and production the expansion and integration of both the clinical and business application portfolio across the enterprise and work with business partners to ensure tight integration and adherence to strict security standards.

·???????? Prepare and deliver reports, recommendations, or alternatives for improving processes in reporting systems

·???????? Supervise team that includes but not limited to, conduction performance reviews, career planning, training, guidance and assigning or delegating work.

·???????? Lead and execute project work plans and revise as appropriate to ensure timely delivery; Apply organization’s methodology and enforce project standards

·???????? Support compliance with HIPAA, Hi-tech, Meaningful use, JCAHO and other regulatory requirements at the federal, state and local level.

·???????? Analyze and develop necessary design work, including testing and documentation. Review, evaluate and implement requests from user departments.

·???????? Oversee computer applications to ensure proper use and security.

·???????? Analyze problems, determine cause and initiate corrective action.

·???????? Develop clear and concise documentation, instruction manuals.

·???????? Provide in-service and other forms of continuing education of software and hardware to users.

·???????? Coordinate, manage the installation new software applications with user departments.

·???????? Stay current with technology through seminars, educational opportunities, trade magazines, etc.

·???????? Maintain a high level of interaction with all clinical and business areas to continually enhance/improve patient care and back office operations.

SKILLS and QUALIFICATIONS

·???????????????????? Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Healthcare is required; Preferred Skills: Clinical degree in Medical Technology, Nursing, Rehabilitation, Pharmacy etc.

·???????????????????? 10+ years and in-depth working knowledge of all software modules of electronic health record and business applications, both on premise and SaaS, used within a Hospital/Healthcare setting.

????????????????????? ·???????????????????? Preferred knowledge and experience in the following: GE Centricity, eCW, Workday?

·???????????????????? 7+ years of directly managing a Clinical EMR Team, including performance reviews, mentoring, etc.

·???????????????????? Knowledge of HRIS/Financial ERP systems

·???????????????????? Demonstrated knowledge Meaningful Use, HIPAA and industry regulatory standards

·???????????????????? Excellent project management experience

·???????????????????? Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • We are recruiting for a highly driven cross-functional leader with proven product development and technical leadership to drive new initiatives strategic to the Medication Management Solutions (MMS) business.
  • The Sr. Program Manager has overall accountability for the success of an MMS solution program comprised of multiple hardware, software, and enterprise projects.
  • This position leads the design of the product, planning of the development effort, and drives the team's efforts in execution of all phases through commercial launch.
  • In this role, you will manage key timelines, dependencies, and Core Team resources across projects and business platforms. You will be accountable to ensure your program is aligned across business Product and milestones. You will also be accountable to ensure your program/project teams are efficient, knowledgeable, and disciplined in delivering the hardware and software solutions on time and on budget through Client's Global Product Development System (GPDS – phase gate process).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensures alignment of product value proposition, program Product, and strategic business objectives.
  • Represents the customer and market viewpoint when leading the team to make technical and program decisions.
  • Demonstrates program management best practices and contributes to improving the product development process.
  • Generates Client ideas for defining, implementing, and bringing to market new products, technologies, and services.
  • Leads the team to prepare for Phase Gate and other Go/No-Go decisions by executive leadership, ensuring that decisions are informed by a balanced and clearly articulated representation of the relevant data.
  • Leads program planning process ensuring requirements are clear and driven by customer need and experience.

  • Communicates program updates to functional management and executive leadership.
  • Leads the New Product Development (NPD) Core Teams to mitigate risks and resolve issues quickly.
  • Defines program resource needs and negotiates program resourcing plans.
  • Ability to lead key technical design and commercial excellence reviews, constructively challenging the team and the organization to rethink assumptions and approach challenges in new ways
  • In charge of medium-large scale, moderate to high complexity new product development programs with sub-projects that may be related to a technical or business challenge OR in charge of planning & leading execution of a roadmap of products.
  • Ensures R&D organization's compliance with the company's GPDS and QMS deliverables.
  • Primary PMO associate to train and coordinate Program Management practice and Policy to align with the divisional QMS standards.
  • Serve as primary liaison between R&D and MMS Quality Department to align quality deliverables with each release.
  • Responsible for keeping current the R&D organization QMS Deliverables Matrix in support of all R&D GPDS phase gates.
  • Support the technical training and development of Project Clientinistrators, Project Control Analysts, and Project Managers for coordinating, cross functional scheduling, and releasing of all MMS product lines.
  • Manages program budgets and business cases.
  • Brings regulatory compliance and quality management questions/issues to the attention of management.
  • Leads cross-functional teams through problem resolution including root cause analysis and corrective action
  • Performs other related duties and assignments as required.
  • Participates in business & technical assessments and influences development decisions.
  • Analyzes data and complex situations involving evaluation of tangible variables to programs or collective system of projects.
  • Work with functional leaders to ensure the appropriate Core Team resources are committed to the projects and contribute to the expected levels.
  • Ensure effective and efficient regular formal and informal communications with the Core Teams using a variety of tools and channels.
  • Lead product development utilizing a multitude of processes such as Client's Global Product Development System, MMS Quality Management Systems, and Voice of the Customer/Business, Project Management, and Agile.
  • Lead, direct, coach, and mentor Core Team members to maximize project success. Provide meaningful and significant feedback to functional leaders regarding the performance of Core Team members that is considered in annual performance evaluations.
  • Participates in, and may provide program/project consultation for multi-disciplinary projects.
  • Interacts with senior external personnel on significant business or technical matters often requiring coordination between functions.
  • Lead working with outside and third party vendors on complex product design and transfer programs including having designs accepted for large scale manufacturing.
  • Accountable for developing and ensuring compliance with project budget including capital expenditure, expenses and headcount.
  • Works under consultative direction toward predetermined long-range goals and objectives.
  • Actively promote continuous learning to improve skills of self and the group.

Qualifications

  • Experience developing and leading complex electro-mechanical programs
