JOB OVERVIEW
Our healthcare client is seeking an experienced EMR/ERP Manager who will oversee the design, implementation, delivery, maintenance and support of BOTH Clinical and Business Applications portfolio across the enterprise. The individual will work closely with business partners and manage a team of resources to ensure timely delivery and continuous improvement of appropriate solutions, while ensuring compliance with HIPAA, Hi-tech, Meaningful use, JCAHO and other regulatory requirements.

NOTE: Candidates must have strong hands-on experience in supporting BOTH Clinical/EHR/EMR and ERP Business (HRIS, Financial) applications in a Hospital/Health System environment

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
¡¤???????? Lead and coordinate the design and production the expansion and integration of both the clinical and business application portfolio across the enterprise and work with business partners to ensure tight integration and adherence to strict security standards.
¡¤???????? Prepare and deliver reports, recommendations, or alternatives for improving processes in reporting systems
¡¤???????? Supervise team that includes but not limited to, conduction performance reviews, career planning, training, guidance and assigning or delegating work.
¡¤???????? Lead and execute project work plans and revise as appropriate to ensure timely delivery; Apply organization¡¯s methodology and enforce project standards
¡¤???????? Support compliance with HIPAA, Hi-tech, Meaningful use, JCAHO and other regulatory requirements at the federal, state and local level.
¡¤???????? Analyze and develop necessary design work, including testing and documentation. Review, evaluate and implement requests from user departments.
¡¤???????? Oversee computer applications to ensure proper use and security.
¡¤???????? Analyze problems, determine cause and initiate corrective action.
¡¤???????? Develop clear and concise documentation, instruction manuals.
¡¤???????? Provide in-service and other forms of continuing education of software and hardware to users.
¡¤???????? Coordinate, manage the installation new software applications with user departments.
¡¤???????? Stay current with technology through seminars, educational opportunities, trade magazines, etc.
¡¤???????? Maintain a high level of interaction with all clinical and business areas to continually enhance/improve patient care and back office operations.

SKILLS and QUALIFICATIONS
¡¤???????????????????? Bachelor¡¯s Degree in Computer Science or Healthcare is required; Preferred Skills: Clinical degree in Medical Technology, Nursing, Rehabilitation, Pharmacy etc.
¡¤???????????????????? 10+ years and in-depth working knowledge of all software modules of electronic health record and business applications, both on premise and SaaS, used within a Hospital/Healthcare setting.
????????????????????? ¡¤???????????????????? Preferred knowledge and experience in the following: GE Centricity, eCW, Workday?
¡¤???????????????????? 7+ years of directly managing a Clinical EMR Team, including performance reviews, mentoring, etc.
¡¤???????????????????? Knowledge of HRIS/Financial ERP systems
¡¤???????????????????? Demonstrated knowledge Meaningful Use, HIPAA and industry regulatory standards
¡¤???????????????????? Excellent project management experience
¡¤???????????????????? Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
¡¤???????????????????? Proven ability to analyze and synthesize complex or diverse information,
¡¤???????????????????? Ability to design and improve workflows and procedures
¡¤???????????????????? Ability to work well in group problem-solving situations
