·???????????????????? Analyze market data to assess competitiveness?and?make recommendations?on?salary,?equity, benefits, and recognition programs.???

·???????????????????? Be instrumental in?the?design and delivery?of?our?Total Rewards Program.?

·???????????????????? Develop?dynamic models?to interpret and analyze data, simplify processes,?and scale programs.??

·???????????????????? Prepare and maintain job descriptions?and?ensure?they?accurately reflect the work being performed.??

·???????????????????? Work with?employees and managers to gather and document job, organizational, and occupational information including duties, responsibilities, and skills required by each job.??

·???????????????????? Assess jobs to determine classification as exempt or nonexempt and appropriate salary range.??

·???????????????????? Partner with SVP/Chief Talent Officer?and benefit brokers to create competitive, cost-effective benefit packages for the organization?and?facilitate enrollment for insurance and retirement plans.??

·???????????????????? Collect employee feedback?on topics?related to benefits and compensation.??

·???????????????????? Assist in compliance management such as ACA, 5500 Reporting, Annual Retirement Plan audit?

·???????????????????? Have the flexibility to work in our LA office or remotely.??

·???????????????????? Be?part of a?collaborative?HR?team?focused on enabling?staff?to?support?children and families facing adversity in Los Angeles.?

You?Have...,?

·???????????????????? 5+ years of experience?as a compensation analyst??

·???????????????????? Experience in Compensation or Benefit Administration?and HRIS systems.?

·???????????????????? Bachelor's degree in business administration, HR, or a related field.??

·???????????????????? A?good?knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methods.??

·???????????????????? Sound?knowledge of human resources laws,?regulations?and best practices.??

·???????????????????? Excellent attention to detail?and amazing?multitasking?skills?

·???????????????????? The ability to work with minimal supervision.???

·???????????????????? A reputation for securely?handling?confidential information?and?maintain?patient privacy.?

·???????????????????? Excellent?communication skills?and a sensitivity to?our?service population’s?demographic?
