On the other hand, since you mentioned that YOU are an attorney..... given
the fact that there apparantly exists a REAL design defect and fire hazard
in the '93 EV and possibly a similar hazard waiting to happen in later
models, perhaps its really TIME for you to get in touch with others who have
experienced an engine fire and organize a class-action lawsuit against VWOA
since they're apparantly dragging their feet and ignoring what appears to be
a real safety defect in the design of the fuel supply system.
