Which Editor are you using to Edit de FS1R ?
As you know the FS1r is a very powerful Synth with a huge amount of parameters

In the FS1R you can use the unvoiced operators with some adjustments as voiced ones so wich make it 16 operators to work with (from your paper). But i understand the limitations on that
