Re: DINAH and Alinco DR-135T MKIII
The Dinah has a six pin mini din connector so maybe there is away to adapt it or have a cable made with a connector for 6 pin mini din and one for the DB9. Just need the pinout for both ends. Les

Re: DINAH and Alinco DR-135T MKIII
Yes. I ordered a cable from hammadeparts which works fine. The DR-135T MKIII does not work at 9600 baud but works fine on 1200 baud.

Re: DINAH and Alinco DR-135T MKIII
Does DINAH work with the Alinco DR-135T MKIII? It has a DB-9 port on the back. Not without a 6-pin DIN to 9-pin serial adapter¡ With one, it probably sounds great. The Alinco has nice unfiltered

Hi Patrick, I deliberately did not mention the Ftm series because he specified 6 pin din.

Re: CTCSS decoding
Hi: Two radios I can think of off the top of my head, and I'm sure there are others, may be overkill: The Kenwood TM-V71A has the option to chain COS for the data port to squelch in one of it's menus,

I am a novice with the DINAH? interface.? I have it working with a used radio that I picked up cheap, an Icom IC-207H.? When I bought this radio I wasn't aware that it did not have the capability

Re: using 9600 baud output for Allstar instead of 1200
Greetings: Now, the received audio from my Kenwood TM-V71A sounds much, much better as it is sending flat, after de-emphasizing in SimpleUSB, and using the DCS filter, than the AF-stage filtered 1200

This is the easiest way to change wiring to 9600 baud for DINAH. Mobilinkd has such a cable commercially available:

using 9600 baud output for Allstar instead of 1200
Greetings: Today, I got a cable made up for me that essentially reverses pins 4 and 5 on a standard 6-pin DIN. This basically does the same thing as jumping the 1200/9600 pad on the? DINAH, but it's

Re: DINAH and Alinco DR-735
Steve, I'm not as tech savvy as it might seem. The DR-735 passes everything in TNC mode, even if the received signal does not have the proper CTCSS/DCS encoding as defined in the DR-735 settings. As
