The "FLAT/EIA" setting is a Radio Wide Configuration feature. Each channel has provisions for bandwidth and deviation, but nothing for De-emphasis/pre-emphasis. Jim

Here is some info from my notes: You have to set each channel to flat audio (I cannot confirm this at the moment) Make sure you set in accessories TX Flat to Pre limiter for best response. Good luck.
