Go to the Windows Device Manager.
Unplug and plug in your interface. The device manager should show it being removed and plugged back in. Check which Com port it says.

The offline Java I'm finding is about 61 KB and not the 150 Ken thought is could be.

I kinda thought so as far as just placing the Java folder in the other computer. John, I did use the offline Java, but it will not load on the computer there. Comes up with an error code

Check firewall settings and allow Java? I am no nce expert, but seems that almost every time I have issues with a new computer it is a firewall.

The latest test release 5.9.4 is there an issue with the Wi-Fi not working? The wi-fi works in test release 5.9.3 but when I upgrade to 5.9.4 the wi-fi does not work.

To be aboslutely clear, a signal mast "aspect" is given to an engineer or operator. That person must obey the "indication" which applies to the given aspect.
