Steve, Two cases. (1) hide construction lines, save panel with edit mode checked, quit jmri, open panel again. (2) hide construction lines, uncheck edit mode, save panel, quit jmri, open panel again. In either case construction lines appear when edit mode is checked. It does appear, as Dave indicated, that is setting is not saved with the panel.
