Gary,
Go to menu item Help -> System Console? and then click the
button "Copy to clipboard". Paste it in an email response so we
can see what's going on.

The latest test release 5.9.4 is there an issue with the
Wi-Fi not working? The wi-fi works in test release 5.9.3 but
when I upgrade to 5.9.4 the wi-fi does not work.
