I am in the process of installing DS 74¡¯s into my layout. I would like to know if there are any updates to the JMRI software that allows the base address of the DS 74 to be changed.

Ken,
The program actually does show the loco setout at then end for local switchers.? Not so for regular trains.? The thinking is that the road locos aren't used at the terminal for setting out the

OPS: Move loco Setout line on Manifest
#operationspro
One of my operators asked if there is a way to have the loco Setout line moved to the end of the work to be done at the terminal location. On my manifests (and it has been that way for 10+ years) the

Re: WiThrottle server doesn't work with T-mobile 5G gateway

I¡¯ve missed it in the thread. Is your WiThrottle server computer attached via WiFi to the network, or via a wired connection? If wired, ignore the rest of this post.
Some WiFi networks are setup

I've had similar "can't connect" errors while using a smartphone. Usually it's been caused by the two computers (phone and JMRI computer) being on separate networks.?? That's easy to do with phones,

Re: WiThrottle server doesn't work with T-mobile 5G gateway

That does not actually mean too much. When you "turned on wifi", does the
phone say what SSID it connected to. I know that *my* phone lists the network
(SSID) it connects to,

Also, the length of the train could be artificially lowered at the origin to limit the number of cars it takes initially.

Hi guys. Thanks for all you info. I have profiled about a dozen locos to
date but used, let me check .... about 240 mm. I had a feeling a longer run
would be better, just asked to confirm really. I

Here are some code snippets that might help you put together what you¡¯re trying to do.
First, get some system objects you¡¯ll need (assuming you have only one LocoNet connection):

In my opinion, do not do this! Clearing the LocoNet "slot table" is very rarely a "good idea"! It often confuses throttles more than they were before.
In my opinion, any JMRI "solution" for this

Yes, please. Details matter a LOT when trying to diagnose network issues remotely. I'd also like to see a screenshot of the About screen while connected. That will show the SSID and type.
Or, just

I did test this, I put a phone in airplane mode, then turned on wifi, and I could surf the internet.
Just has one. T-mobile support had me create a second one (2.4gHz only) as a test, no joy there

Random thing to check; Are the phones actually connecting to the router? They
*might* just be using Cellar Data.
Also: Does the T-Mobile router have two SSIDs? -- eg a local home LAN and a

Did that, unfortunately I didn't record the exact wording but the log basically said "can't connect from ${ONEIP:PORT} to ${THEOTHERIP:PORT}". It'll be next week Tuesday before I can get back over

Tim,
First debug step for EngineDriver is to enter the IP and port manually, then find and post the exact (and complete) error message here. You can find it in the EngineDriver log.
Note: I don't have
