Re: How to connect a 400-800 Morticing unit to a Felder BF6-31
I have a BF631 and bought my Mortiser and cart right from Felder in about 2014. Everything went together. I can take pictures and or measurements of anything you need. Kind regards, Brian D.

Re: Thoughts on Automatic Dovetailers?
Good to know about Western dovetails. They are 60 miles from me. I’ll check if I can do a local pickup. Driving there will probably take less time than making them. What is their turnaround time?

Re: How to connect a 400-800 Morticing unit to a Felder BF6-31
Thank you Craig that's brilliant, I really appreciate you taking the time to measure everything. As for the height, I realise it can be adjusted, but the problem I have is that the top of the stand

Paul, are you planning to go into full scale cabinet production? At the end of my latest Fusion 360 video on the cabinet design project, I discuss outsourcing dovetail drawer boxes and who I use.

Re: How to connect a 400-800 Morticing unit to a Felder BF6-31
Hi Davide, You can adjust the height of the mortiser on the stand with a bolt that goes through a slot in the back of the stand (see photo) Here are some photos of part 71 with the lever attached.

Dear Felder friends, I have managed to get hold of nearly all the missing parts from Felder to revive the old 400-800 morticing unit and attach it to my beloved BF6-31, but it seems they no longer

Re: DRO on a shaper fence?
Hi Bryce, My repeatability concern is not with hood being replaced rather with creeping on to the desired fence setting. Every time I lock down my hood, I push back first as it has play. My concern
