No commercially available t-nuts are going to fit. So make your own or buy Felder, which most likely won¡¯t be a t-nut, it will be a flat bar with a threaded hole. Brian Lamb blamb11@...

Wade, Mac's clamps are around 3k. I know it's a choker, but they are worth every penny and then some. It was my best investment to this day. So good I bought another set for the shaper. Glen Alpine

I agree with Brian. You can use UHMW polyethylene and insert a flanged nut into it (won't cut into or deform your aluminum), or in a pinch you can just use a bit of plywood and a T nut to match your
