Re: How to remove rear seat seatbelts?
开云体育You’ve got it down so far. ?The drivers side has a plastic cover that comes off without removing the seat belt I think. ?It’s the one that covers the heating ducts.

Re: How to remove rear seat seatbelts?
Okay, I think I get it now.? I have to remove that plastic interior panel to get access to the nut so I can hold it while removing the bolt. Is it similar on the left side? Thanks, Serge On Tue, Dec 24, 2024 at 1:42?PM Marshall Crutcher via <marshall.crutcher=[email protected]> wrote:

Re: How to remove rear seat seatbelts?
The "fender panel"? You mean the?interior plastic panel? To remove the interior panel... all the screws around the edge, I presume? Thx, Serge On Tue, Dec 24, 2024 at 12:59?PM Barry Black via <barry.black=[email protected]> wrote:

Re: How to remove rear seat seatbelts?
开云体育Okay - sorry for not reading your full email - yes you will need to remove the lower wheel arch interior panel - that will give you access to reach the nut. ? Apologies for skipping that step - I did t scrutinize your photo to see that you hadn’t already removed it.? On Dec 24, 2024, at 3:22?PM, Marshall Crutcher <marshall.crutcher@...> wrote:

Re: How to remove rear seat seatbelts?
开云体育Theirs is a nut on the backside that you must find a way to grab hold of. I think I used a smallish crescent wrench to do it. ?Be VERY careful not to let the nut drop down as you might never see it again. ?I think I hand unscrewed it the last few turns so I could hold it. ? Wear protective gloves. ? The metal is very rough / sharp. Good luck!!? On Dec 24, 2024, at 3:10?PM, Serge Issakov via groups.io <serge.issakov@...> wrote:

1993 EV - Southern California - exhaust manifold
Does anybody know of a repair shop in Southern California that has done or is confirmed willing to do exhaust manifold work on a 1993 EV?
I've taken my EV to two shops, and neither of them want to touch it. ?
I'm told my exhaust manifold has a crack/leak.? I've sourced a spare.? I'm tempted to try it myself, but I don't have anybody to assist, prob missing some tools, and have never done anything like this before. |
