Cool exterior and interior? and AWD performance but poor range and bad cold weather range and poor nav and other software and miserably unreliable charging options is the "buzz".
A vw van you can't comfortably road trip in,?

You’ve got it down so far. ?The drivers side has a plastic cover that comes off without removing the seat belt I think. ?It’s the one that covers the heating ducts.

The "fender panel"? You mean the?interior plastic panel?

To remove the interior panel... all the screws around the edge, I presume?

The steering wheel of our van vibrates noticeably at low speeds-20 mph or so. Any thoughts?

Yes,unfortunately you need to remove the fender panel. There is a nut on the back.
