Re: Will there ever be a time when the DMPS line doesn't suck?
I am to the point where I do not believe that any money is saved by the cost savings of there boxes due to the amount of time lost in firmware updating, programming, and debugging. I have lost quite a

Re: Will there ever be a time when the DMPS line doesn't suck?
I don't think so... they will always be a pain to work with until they eliminate the uber-module and let us have direct hardware access like we do in a DM-MDXxX. I'v been pretty annoyed by the

Will there ever be a time when the DMPS line doesn't suck?
Long compile times, firmware update failures, hardware failures, long boot times, long initialize times, inaccurate feedback, new device databases that make your older programs stop

Re: D3 Scheduler
Missed the D3 in the topic. To answer Heath's question, yes you can modify the schedule file without rebuilding and reloading the program. You would grab the schedule file off the processor using File

Re: MTX-3 or PTX-3 rebooting late at night.
Tony is right. It also resets based on the processor time so if your time is not set right in the processor it could reset earlier or later.

Thanks but I just ended up running it through a variable

Re: D3 Scheduler
Yes, just run the output of the event from the event scheduler into an AND and use the button feedback to enable the other input of the AND, then run the AND into a OS or WPULSE. Mark

Re: MTX-3 or PTX-3 rebooting late at night.
FYI, the latest TPMC-3X firmware Release Notes states the panel will perform a "maintenance mode" (i.e., reboot) at 2 AM every day, if it's not in use at the time. Although it's not mentioned in the

Re: Pakedge Reliability
I don't like that the poe switch interfaces are only correct in IE, but I just use chrome or firefox anyway and deal with the mis-alignment. The interfaces may be a little slow, but I don't find them

Re: prodigy mc3

Re: Ethernet Intersystem Communication question (yay!... right?)
The Prodigy stuff is on hand, and I really only need it to do some small stuff. As far as the EIC, it's just control a BDP-7000ES, a Roku, and serial switcher. Granted, I have to wait until next demo
