They aren't actually different subnets - with a subnet mask of 255.255.0.0, and a first two octets of 10.100. it's a single subnet that ranges from [roughly] 10.100.0.0 to 10.100.255.255 Lincoln --

There are several ways you could accomplish that depending on the network configuration and topology. The two obvious methods to me would be: 1. VLAN tagging by MAC at the switch 2. setting each NIC
