2-series error log - Autonomics - "Could not allocate local storage"

So I'm having this ongoing problem controlling a Mirage Media Server. I'm using their newest module (3.1) and a Pro2. After a week-10 days of uptime, the following error pops up and the Pro2 stops communicating with the Mirage:

Error: Module S-4.5.15.2.1:S-24 : S2_Autonomic_MMS_IP_Processor_v3_1 at line 1538: Could not allocate local storage. Terminating
TimeStamp: 14:18:48 12-25-12 UpTime: 10 days 00:21:18.54 Task: S07700b

I'm a noob when it comes to programming, but I have done several projects integrating the Mirage and haven't run into this problem before. This is an older project that I didn't program originally. I'm simply adding this as a source. The program is stored on the CF card, not sure if that has anything to do with it.

Any advice would be great!

Re: Honeywell HRDP series DVR

Re: D3 Scheduler

Missed the D3 in the topic. To answer Heath's question, yes you can modify
the schedule file without rebuilding and reloading the program. You would
grab the schedule file off the processor using File Manager and then edit
the text file, then reload it back to the same location and reboot the
processor.

Tony is right. It also resets based on the processor time so if your time is not set right in the processor it could reset earlier or later.

Re: D3 Scheduler

Yes, just run the output of the event from the event scheduler into an AND
and use the button feedback to enable the other input of the AND, then run
the AND into a OS or WPULSE.

Guys greeting on this Holidays!

I have to program some 25 Shutters via Maestro Shield, As far as I been browsing in their web site, this is what i came with:

Configuration Commands
UX (U1-U15) Latches motor X to move up
DX (D1-D15) Latches motor X to move down
SX(S1-S15) StopsmotorX
Channel 15 is an ALL channel and will move all motors at the same time E.g.: - U5 = Motor 5 will begin moving up.

What symbol should I use with this a SIO?

Re: Pakedge Reliability

I don't like that the poe switch interfaces are only correct in IE, but I just use chrome or firefox anyway and deal with the mis-alignment. The interfaces may be a little slow, but I don't find them to be any slower than any other manufacturer's interfaces for managed equipment. There are quirks with the stuff, but it's still so much better than any other solution unless you outsource it.

--- In Crestron@..., "floyd1212" <floyd1212@...> wrote:

For the most part we have had few problems with the hardware. We did have a PoE switch that lost its configuration (with VLANs) twice. But it hasn't happened again.

My only other gripe is that the web interfaces to configure the WAPs and the switches is painfully slow and does not render properly in all browsers. The interface for the routers (re-badged Fortinets) is much better.

Occasionally, we seem to be having network issues at clients homes and

I am trying to narrow it down whether its a problem on our side with
running wires / terminating ends properly etc.

Has anyone else had hardware issues with Pakedge gear?

Thanks in advance,

Re: prodigy mc3

Should be fine as long as you don't plan to add a lot of Crestron gear to the system. I had a good bit of stuff controlled by my PMC3.

I had an Xbox 360, a HTPC, Sony Blu-Ray changer, TV, Home Theater receiver, PS3, PS2, Roku all hooked up and controlled using IR spliters and other little "hacks"

The only other problem you may run into is if you don't have the Mobile Pro app, your TP file may run over the free size limit.

Re: Ethernet Intersystem Communication question (yay!... right?)

The Prodigy stuff is on hand, and I really only need it to do some small stuff. As far as the EIC, it's just control a BDP-7000ES, a Roku, and serial switcher. Granted, I have to wait until next demo dollars to make some changes to fully use all of that stuff (need and 8x2).

--- In Crestron@..., "LENREX" <lenrex@...> wrote:

I'd add another MC3 or CEN-CI3 with appropriate cards. I'd avoid using prodigy processors, with regular Crestron stuff. You'll just get pigeon-holed in the future. And yeah, I know PMC3's are probably cheaper.

In my personal system I have a MC3 that controls two rooms, each have some "local" sources, and there are some shared sources (BDP-7000ES, Roku, analog video switcher).

I'm thinking about adding a third room using a PMC3 and EIC, will that actually work? I can add the EIC symbol to the PMC3 system, and to the MC3. However, before I go about the ardous task of adding the handlers for those sources to the EIC, has anyone done anything similar?

If so, any pitfalls I should look out for? I'm not likely to run 1000s of symbols between the systems, just basic things like play/pause/stop, a few feedback and interlock states for the shared devices.
