Has anyone successfully gotten the Apple TV homekit integration to work in simpl?

I believe I have it set up correctly, I do have control of the Apple TV commands, but the voice control does nothing.

When I press the voice button the Apple TV search screen comes up but there's no raw text on the speech output. If i go into diagnostics and test the text to speech, it seems to work fine.

I agree that the Power Supply may be the issue (although it is not completely dead, which is weird).? good news that it is an external P/S and is easily replaced.
And yes, you can use a different processor as you can see with your temp fix.
The Pac2M has a 2-port cresnet hub on it to balance the device load - Cresnet wants only 20 devices per cresnet Hub/Port.
I'm assuming that you have a panelized system with dimmer modules and keypads, versus an all wireless system - Yes?
If so, how many devices do you have in the lighting system?? Modules, Keypads, etc.
With a pac2M it should max out at about 40 devices (20 per Hub/port). you can push this a bit but having all 40 devices on a single processor without a hub to balance *Can* lead to performance issues...

Analog buffer adds top to bottom, so you could stack each needed string in the desired order in an ABuf and then when you hit enable it will make teh output string what you want.

Thanks for the reply. ?I originally and reverted to just using the Trinnov supplied 2.1.9, with absolutely nothing changed or added. ?After that would not show connected, nor work, from the TP, I went to debugger, which was connected and sent signals that worked appropriately, through debugger. ?With the program loaded and running in the Pro4, the auto Power_On did just that, when I set the module Signal to "Daily" to Power On so that, per the notes, for the module, the logs would be cleared, in the Trinnov. ?That shows that the program remains running and connected to the Trinnov, when in Power Offf state( BTW, I did not enable "Stealth Mode," which seems like standby power.

I had my Crestron guy come over he tried reading any error codes onPac2 through usb port on ?bottom next to Lan. ?But nothing showed up and we couldn’t see anything in toolbox or discover Pac2M.

It lead him to believe Pac2M was faulty, ?so he had an extra DMPS processor and we uploaded D3 pro program to it and changed a couple cresnet connections and actually got lights with keypads and touch panels up a running again.

he is not super familiar with cresnet connections so took a bit of trouble shooting to actually get everything working. ?Hopefully will continue to.

He recommended substituting the temporary DMPS for a RMC3 so trying to track a used one for now.and the will move program onto it.

Does this make sense a processor can replace the Pac2M ? ?It great the code just transferred over also!

The biggest issue I see with Series 2 processors is failing power supplies.? Virtual every series 2 external power supply are failing at this point.? You might try replacing the power supply.? Even if the power LED lights up, it doesn't mean the power supply is working properly.

Any help appreciated-seems I am missing something "Simpl." ?I have a Trinnov Alt 32, 4/23 build and a Pro4 with a 1070 panel. ?I can run all commands from debugger with good results, with a"'save as " 1070 conversion from a Panel project. ?The Trinnov module I am using has the ip and MADC addresses correctly entered for the Alt32 and the main page buttons on the ;loaded TP do depress, but no connection is staying high. ?I put a "1" on the connect line of the module, tried using a different press on the TP->OS on the connect signal all without success, although debugger shows correct signals being sent. ?When I reload everything-program reboot TP and press the connect button on the tp, I get a maybe 1-2 second green "connected" check mark on the TP, but the red and no buttons seem to work at all. ?Clearly not connected.

The TP is not intrinsically bad, as other loaded programs work fine, haven't done other Ip yet though.

You could try to take all the command into an or, the output of the or to the sio first part, the output of the or also enable a buffer, all the commands go into that same buffer, the outputs of that buffer go to the sio sperate commands.

Howdy, this would be my first post on here. I'm not familiar with the "manners" of these posts, so I apologize in advance.?

I'm new to Crestron programming and I know enough to look at a program and modify it but not create a new one from scratch. Currently I'm working on controlling a Yamaha RX-V679 AVR. There isn't any controls for this particular model in the Crestron Database or Market and I'm working with the Yamaha Extended Controls Documentation to do IP Control. I'm using a Serial I/O with the commands, I just want to try adding the http portion of the string by "prefixing" it in front of (for example) "/YamahaExtendedControl/v1/Main/SetInput?input=hdmi5". Looking to use "HTTP://{tcp/ip client}:{port}/" and add it in front of the string. I tried using the Delimiter in the serial I/O, however it was adding the string after "/YamahaExtendedControl/v1/Main/SetInput?input=hdmi5". Is there a way to do this with another symbol or am I trying to use a method that isnt possible with this system?

If you're still having issues with the LAN cable disconnected, the issue is not network related.
This could be a problem within the processor, or maybe a Cresnet device that is misbehaving - This will likely be hard to trouble-shoot, but once resolved you should be good for another number of years...

It would be interesting to see the uptime and error logs of the Pac2M. do you have access to Crestron Toolbox/Console?? Or know how to establish a console connection with Putty or Hercules?
If so, it would be interesting to see if the Pac2M has been up since you rebooted it, or is it rebooting when the lights go wonky then restore?

To answer this I lost control of all the CNX keypads lights and 3 TSW touchpanels I could not turn lights on with any of keypads or touchpanels

“Do you know if you have any Port Forwarding on your internet router?”

I am not sure if I do but will double check and let you know.

and one last thing the lights came back on by themselves sometime in the night, however a few hours later I am unable to control them again but the lights that were left on can’t be turned off or on now. ?It like system is possessed by Gremlins or something.

I have unplugged Lan port from Pac2 and that’s how eventually lights go back on but problem keeps occurring randomly which makes it frustrating to solve issue.

any more advice greatly appreciated?
