To answer your questions
1. ?I am the end user of the system but have a great knowledge of how system put together as helped design it and install and wire everything in, ?I am not a programmer however but I do have access to source code.

To answer this I lost control of all the CNX keypads lights and 3 TSW touchpanels I could not turn lights on with any of keypads or touchpanels

and one last thing the lights came back on by themselves sometime in the night, however a few hours later I am unable to control them again but the lights that were left on can¡¯t be turned off or on now. ?It like system is possessed by Gremlins or something.
I have unplugged Lan port from Pac2 and that¡¯s how eventually lights go back on but problem keeps occurring randomly which makes it frustrating to solve issue.
any more advice greatly appreciated?
