I had my Crestron guy come over he tried reading any error codes onPac2 through usb port on ?bottom next to Lan. ?But nothing showed up and we couldn¡¯t see anything in toolbox or discover Pac2M.
It lead him to believe Pac2M was faulty, ?so he had an extra DMPS processor and we uploaded D3 pro program to it and changed a couple cresnet connections and actually got lights with keypads and touch panels up a running again.
he is not super familiar with cresnet connections so took a bit of trouble shooting to actually get everything working. ?Hopefully will continue to.
He recommended substituting the temporary DMPS for a RMC3 so trying to track a used one for now.and the will move program onto it.
Does this make sense a processor can replace the Pac2M ? ?It great the code just transferred over also!
