I can't help you with the drills. I have a decent amount of carbide inserts that I cannot use along with tool holders that may or may not fit the inserts. The tool holders would need a BXA minimum

Check McMaster Carr for OILITE bushings. They have them in different ID/OD combinations.

The pulley came in today and is now mounted and I was pleasantly surprised the pulley and gear are now two separate pieces staked together with two locking screws and both parts are machined instead

When you press the replacement gear onto the bushing use a shaft locking compound and it will be a permanent joint. I used a similar method when rebuilding a lathe and it worked well.

deleted the previous post accidentally so posted it below for cotext but yes the CF is carbon fiber as long as you have a enclosure it prints fairly easy but it does wear out the nozzles fairly

I would have to cut a new bearing as there are 2 in it currently one on the front half and one on the back. It has an oiler in there so the space inbetween the bearings gives the oil a resivoir to
