Segment intending sadness or love?

What you just did is take your notebook and you just said “I feel sadness over many things I see”. And if you are really segment intending...if you are really wanting to merge yourself with your Inner Being, which is the ultimate step five moment, then your sentiment would be something like: “There are unwanted things amongst many wanted things and I love focusing on the wanted things, no matter what. There are so many more wanted things than unwanted in every moment in time for everyone.? I love the sensation of being in such sync with my Inner Being that I am seeing the world through the eyes of Source.? The only thing that produces and perpetuates satisfaction is knowing what you want, and moving toward it.? There is satisfaction and dissatisfaction potential in every moment of focus.? I am not here to control anything that anyone is doing.? I am here to control my response to whatever comes in my experience.? The only thing I am here to control is my vibrational relationship with my Inner Being because, when I get in control of that, that means that every single moment in time I am so practiced in syncing up with that, that I have access to the thought that my Inner Being thinks about that.” So you are aware that a child has died and your Inner Being is aware that that child is eternal. And you are aware that that child is no longer in its physical body and your Inner Being is aware that there’s no separation of non-physical and physical and the communications and the relationships can continue on, if they are wanted.? Or you see someone suffering and you think, “Oh it’s a terrible situation that’s causing that person to suffer”.? And your Inner Being is thinking, “This person is merely temporarily depriving themselves of the pleasure of alignment and that could change as quickly as they take the stick out of the wheel”.? When you give yourself the knowledge-based ability to hook up with your Inner Being and what your Inner Being knows about every situation then (and really, only then) are you the person in this body in this time and space in the way that you intended as you came.? ~ Abraham-Hicks |

broadcasts. Think about visualizing as receiving, as reception, rather than as projection.? Now think about the game we asked you to play where you choose a subject that is an easy existing match. Something that is neutral. Something that has no concern.
Now, just this little bit of conversation is enough to generate
some visualization. You may catch a glimpse of something. Esther goes right to
Barcelona with this thought. Of this hotel that's on an intersection with
beautiful buildings, and it's a big wide intersection. And it's a visualization
of something that you might call memory. But it's not happening now. And it
isn't memory in the way you think of memory. It’s a visualization. So what we're saying to you is, if you want to visualize, be general in your thoughts. General, but good feeling. Like comfort. Like a comfortable chair. Like a beautiful view. Or a sweet fragrance like orange trees in bloom. Or in Texas it’s the cat claws.
You came to explore what was around you and to
give birth to exciting new ideas that at first, maybe felt too big, but that
felt good. And so you focused upon the feeling good of them until the
coordinates lined up for you. And the laws of the universe delivered to you
what you accomplished vibrationally. It was the same walking path for Esther. But the air was different today. And the sunlight was different today. And the person she was walking with was different today. And the conversation was different today. And the dogs they met along the way were different today. And the people they encountered were different today. There was so much that was different today. Because every moment is new. And depending upon what you've got going on with your point of
attraction, your experience will be that. Your experience will be that. Esther,
who is a consummate teacher, who is wanting to understand the laws of the
universe more than anyone that you will ever meet, takes everything in, and
contemplates it as she knows the laws of the universe are. Esther was like her
inner being in noticing that person, who was still miserable the next time they
passed and the next time they passed. But not judging her, and not pushing
against her. Just noticing that it was hard for the subject to change, because

state of allowing all the things that I want to happen in my life. My emotions
are really enthusiastic, or positive expectation, joy. Anyway, I wanted to

I know, a lot. And now I'm just realizing, other people are seeing this. I
wanted to know if - how do I say this? - I end up with that person or – no,
that's terrible, end up, no. Is that the one, or is it someone else? Thanks. But what we mean is,?by finding so many positive aspects about something that is your object of attention, you have put coordinates out there for yourself. And you can trust those coordinates to bring you something really satisfying and fulfilling.

Christian background and channeling

Abe: Well, where does the Christian religion get it's knowledge? Guest: From the scripture. From the bible. Abe: But where did those come from? Guest: Uh.... Abe: Channeling. (loud applause) a little later... Abraham: Anytime anyone looks outside of themselves for guidance they always get less than when they are looking for it within. And there are many people that look for guidance within religion and find it. You have found guidance there. You have found clarity there. You weren't making wrong choices. Hotseater: So, I'm kind of confused. Who is God? Who is Jesus? What's heaven and hell? Abe: God is Source energy and the culmination of all that you are.? God is expanding here today in this room. God expands each time you live something not wanted and prefer something more. Even if you are the one-celled omoeba in the ocean…God expands in that too. Jesus is a physical human, like you, who came forth into this environment, like you, to understand who he is and how he fits into all of this. And he banged around like you for a long time also, and then removed himself from the chaos of all that and went away and was taught by others to meditate and get inside himself, where he closed that vibrational gap and connected with source in the way that Esther is doing here and in a way that every one of you can too. And, he said that to all of you. The kingdom of heaven is within you. It is not that which is outside of you. When he says 'Turn the other cheek", he's talking about turning your canoe into the flow. He's talking about not pushing against. In other words, he is not different from that which you are. Heaven is the illusion that physical man has about what it will be like when he no longer has resistance. Heaven is an illusion in the sense that it is not a place, but it is certainly a state of being. And, heaven exists right here on earth or exists here, where we are. Heaven is the state of non-resistance, you see. And hell is the fiction of man's disconnected mind. There is no such thing as hell (thunderous applause). And, you know it. Think about it. You knew that every time somebody tried to teach you about that you got your knot in your stomach and what was that know telling you? That knot was telling you that you were activating a vibration about a subject and your Source was not going there. In other words, Source says there's no such thing. There's no such thing. There's no such thing. And, as you are trying to teach yourself that there is, you create a crevice between you and you. A: You've been thinking thoughts habitually. That's what a
belief is. But we want to submit to you that you have choices that you don't know you have because you're stuck in these habits. You've got to find some way of accepting that you don't have to be stuck in these habits. We know how annoying it feels to you when we say to you it
doesn't have to be that way. But it doesn't have to be that way. We know it
annoys you when we say?slight shifting in
the way you think, and therefore in the way you feel, can lead to another shift
and another shift and another shift until something really tips and
manifestation changes.?But manifestation does not change suddenly.
And that's a good thing. As Esther looks around this studio, this new studio, she can see
window shades that are down because of a desire to control the light. So
“window shades,” Esther could write on her list. Now Esther does not have
strong thought about window shades. She could look around this room... This room is carpeted, which is really nice for the sound control in this room. Esther loves floors. Only positive thoughts about them. Esther could think, ooh, there are carpets that are inside the box. This one is. And there are extraordinary carpets that are outside the box. So Esther could write “amazing wonderful carpets.” Outside the box. You sort of get what we're thinking about. Now, what we are
saying to you is, once you make your list, these thoughts that hold little or
no resistance, that held enough interest because you focused with us for a
while. And you're going to do the process, and you're going to write it down,
on your phone, or on a note, on a small card. You're going to keep it in your
pocket. Or in your handbag. It's going to come to her. And it's going to
be pointed, and it's going to be frequent, and she's going to know that it's in
response to her point of attraction. When you ask for an improvement about a relationship that has broken your heart, you've got so much resistance that the improvement can't come till you find a way to get over that resistance. And that takes some time, doesn't it? When you ask for more money when you're feeling stress about not enough money, there's resistance in your vibration. And the law of attraction cannot get past the resistance that you’re outputting out of habit. Now, eventually you can change these habits. That's what we talk about all day every day. But we would like it very much if you would
show yourself on neutral thoughts, it happens fast. And then we would like you
to turn things that matter to you into neutral thoughts, by playing some of the
games that we teach you like easy existing matches. She trains her vibration. She trains her point of attraction into more, and more, and more, and more. Until some days, it feels like she's moving through life in a bubble of fun, and new. But it isn't like that every day, and it isn't like that on every subject. But she works at it, and you can too. |

Think around what-is

What humans mean by what-is is what is manifested into a strong enough vibration that you can interpret it though your physical senses. So when humans say this is how it is, they mean “I can see it - I can see it and smell it, I can taste it and touch it - it is manifested in a way and this is what is.” So if you are doing what most people are doing, you're offering most of your vibration (the vibration that Law of Attraction is answering) based upon what you are observing with your physical senses.? ? And you have to cut that out because if what you're offering vibrationally is about what-is, then you can't get more money, you can't find improvement in your relationship (you can't fill in a missing relationship with a relationship), you can't change the way your body feels or looks - you can't change anything if you don't do something other than look at what-is.? ? Can it be any more clear than that? Do you agree with that? Do you get it that you just keep recreating what you think about, so it keeps changing but it keeps changing to more of the things that you're thinking about? So the question that really is before all of us, no matter what it is that you're wanting to be different in your experience, is do you have the desire and then do you have the ability to think around what-is? Reach For feeling of relief
From Facebook today: Share Their Gloomy Forecasts? Q: Hi, Abraham. So, just wanted to tell you that about a year and a half ago, I was rummaging through a box in the garage. I was looking for a piece of music, and I ran across my Abraham tapes from a two-day workshop I did with you in ’95. And I was just delighted. And I said, my Abraham tapes, I love these, and I started listening every chance I got. I would go out on my lunch hour at work and listen. And my husband started listening. And right away, our lives just transformed. It was good to begin with, and became richer and richer. ? We’re blessed that our circle of friends know you, and even the friends who don’t, know that there’s something going on. And are asking me, “How is it that you can be so positive? And, you know, your relationships are good. And what’s the secret to your good marriage?” And I said, “Well, I know not to get upset about things. I just don’t see a need to worry.” And they said, “You don’t worry about anything? That’s pretty amazing.” And I did some sifting...and here’s the point of all this. ? A: Yes, we’ve noticed you were rambling. (Fun!) ? Q: I did find a concern I had, and the intellectual part is, you’ve told us that the planet is in good order; it replenishes itself; all is well; its beasts move easily in and out, and I found a lot of reassurance from that. But I’m so tenderhearted that a little bird’s nest fell out of the light fixture near our door, and I thought I’d die, little birdlets scattered everywhere. And then, someone told me… I purposefully didn’t see Al Gore’s movie, sat down with my head in the sand over this, I know that all is well. And I’m going to keep that. And then, a well-meaning friend who talks about… you know, there’s a lot of what I call it doomsday dramas, and it is kind of beguiling. And I see that. I did that for a while. I was a vegetarian, and, you know, all my cosmetics and blah blah. But I didn’t want to see it. But she was telling me about the polar bears. And, you know, I thought I’d die when the birdlets fell on the ground, and then when she told me about the polar bears, I felt like she’d punched me in the stomach and my heart clenched and… ? A: And so if, in that moment, one of your people who is aware of how positive you are had walked into your experience and asked how do you stay so positive, what would you have said? ? Q: I have selective worrying, I guess. I don’t worry about anything but the beasts. Well, that’s not true, but that one really got me. And it throws me off kilter every time I think about it. So, I try not to think about it. And so, I guess my question is, what about the poor polar bears? ? A: Well, whether you realize it or not, you have stumbled across the key to keeping yourself in vibrational alignment with who you are by using your power of focus. So, what you just explained to us is that you’ve done pretty good at feathering your own nest. Maybe that’s too soon to give that analogy to you. (Fun!) You’ve gotten pretty good at controlling the environment around you so that you can focus more easily only upon things that feel good, and in doing so, that really is the secret of just staying in alignment with who you are. ? We started to interrupt you a time or two as you were rambling (Fun!) (it’s all right), to say to you that if you were consciously aware that you have been around as long as we are consciously aware that we have been around, you would not let the things that people are worrying about bother you because you would realize how humans have worried about things almost from the time that they’ve been around, and things continue to evolve and get better and better and better and better and better and better and better. Of course, you could focus upon any little pocket of the world, and you find within it components that are pleasing to you, or components that are not—and it really is a matter of tuning yourself to them. ? So, now we want to say to you that until you reach the place where you finally just get it, that there’s too much out there in this world that you are focused upon that you cannot control, and that if your happiness depends upon being able to control it, you will not ever be happy. ? There is an alternative other than isolating yourself away from things that bother you, and that alternative is fixating on things that feel good until you’ve practiced that so powerfully in your vibration that only things that feel good then come into your world. We want you to go beyond getting your feeling response from what you’re observing. We want you to use the power of your mind to take things that you are worried about (like the polar bears), and envision them into a place where you feel better.? ? Just like our friend warming up for his run so that he doesn’t strain a muscle, we want you to warm up for your joy through the world. We want you to warm up for the friend who might approach you with information about something that you don’t want. We want you to be ready for it. We want you to be warmed up and ready for it.? ? Fun is where the idea is

Esther is in a new house and she has a new washer and dryer, and the week before she moved in - it was right before Christmas - the washing machine gave her an error code. And it locked the door and she couldn’t get anything out of it, so she googled what the error code meant and it looked very complicated. So she called the people that she had purchased it from, and they put her on a long list of waiting. Her clothes were going to be held captive for about six or seven days. So she just monkeyed around with it and somehow the door opened and she got her clothes out. And then, it sort it fixed itself for a while…it didn’t lock up again. And she thought “It’s going to hold my clothes captive again”, because she knew she hadn’t solved the problem but she wasn’t there, so it didn’t matter so much.? And then the other day, she was away and her housekeeper called and said, “The washing machine has called an error code”, and her clothes were being held captive.? So Esther said, “I will be home in a couple of days and we will figure it out.” So the man from the builder came over and played with it and couldn’t figure it out. And then he called the same people that Esther had called before who put her on the waiting list of nine days of clothes held captive.? And as Esther is listening, she can feel herself all tightening up. Because they bought a lot of appliances from these people. And they shouldn’t be holding their clothes captive and somebody should care more about these clothes being help captive. And it should go to a higher priority and don’t they know who Esther is? Someone who’s really really busy, who doesn’t have time for her clothes to be held captive.? So Esther got herself worked into quite a little silent fit. She didn’t want to misbehave in front of her contractor but she sort of wanted to kill somebody. And he was the only one in the room, and he felt fear.? And so ?Esther said, “Well, I have a plan B.” And she said, “I am going to go to Home Depot and I am going to buy a crowbar and I am going to pry the door open and get my clothes out.” Now he’s really smiling because he believes her.? “And then I am going to call someone and I am going to say, ‘Can you please come and get this pile of metal and haul it to the dump?’ And then I am going to call somebody else and say, ‘Will you bring that nice shiny washing machine and deliver it?’ And I am going to do all of that today.” And now they are laughing. Because it’s a ridiculous story, ?but it was shiny and bright. It felt like freedom. It felt like the bondage has lifted. It was a ridiculous plan. But it was a plan. And she no longer felt bound and held captive by people who don’t care. And now she’s really laughing and so is her contractor. And now she’s laughing… which pile she is in. And then she looked her washing machine. It’s a Maytag. And she said, “You know what? The Maytag repairman is just waiting for someone to call because he has nothing to do.” And the contractor said, “That’s right.” So Esther googled Maytag repairman and he was just sitting there with nothing to do. He said I will be right ?there. He came over. He said, “This is a known issue with this particular model.” He fixed it. Her clothes were not held captive and she lived happily ever after.? So what’s that about now?? Esther’s unique and Esther does not want to be mad, even when she knows she’s perfectly justified in being mad. And so she was guided even though it was not easy, to a stream of thoughts that led her to an idea that she couldn’t find before. She could not find that idea before until she got in to place of comedy. Isn’t that a really logical idea? She couldn’t find it. Her contractor couldn’t find it. Nobody could find that idea until they brought levity to it. So this is a demonstration of no longer wrestling it to the ground and killing it and try to fix what’s broken and instead get into a clear place where you are laughing where the ideas always are.? Fun is where the ideas are.? Laughter is where the ideas are.? Love is where the ideas are.? Appreciation is where the ideas are.? The cooperative components are in the good feeling emotion places.? But when you are working so hard that you don’t allow yourself to feel the momentum of feeling good.? Start noticing your reactions and see what they get you.? Notice when your reaction is one of anger and see what it gets you.? Notice how long you can hold yourself in a holding pattern of no help so it gets harder and harder until you get such a muddly, you can hardly get down the door and down the street because things feel too complicated for you. ? Or notice how with levity and fun how things feel possible.? All things are possible but you have to get into the “all things are possible” pile.? And the” all things are possible” pile is right there to choose from. It’s just that you can’t jump from one pile to the another. But knowing that both piles exist and knowing which pile your Inner Being is in, and being willing to separate yourself through meditation.? Your Inner Being can lead you from wherever you are out into the light or you might already standing in field in the light.? There’s nothing serious going on.? Nothing to worry about.? And you are not deep into anything except potential and possibility and ideas.? ~ Abraham-Hicks |

开云体育Oh, yes. Those are good ones, Barbara! I often find that it's the path of least resistance to vaguely blend with what others are saying so that I don’t sound like I’m disagreeing or resisting them, while at the same time I’ll confirm my own beliefs in my own thoughts. I might say to myself, “That might be your way of thinking about it/your fear-based thinking, etc, but no thank you. I choose to create differently/everything works out for me, …” and so on.?Thanks for reminding me! I think it will still be fun to hear more of what others do, too.
Oh, and I’m sorry I hastily misspelled your name Connee!

I like Esther and Jerry’s “Things are always working out for me.” It’s a mantra I’ve used for years. In this case, it would be a reminder to myself that I’m creating my own reality. And sometimes I just smile on the inside.?

However, I don’t feel like the 1st person’s question was actually answered. To me, they asked how to respond to people who only think inside the box.?
Sometimes, I respond with ,”That’s one way of thinking about it/one possibility.” or “I appreciate your perspective and concern. I’ll think about it.” (even though I probably won’t! lol)
Do any of you have other ideas or ways to respond that work for you?

Thinking outside the box
The workshop from this week was so great I'm going to listen again today!? YAY!? My friend Marsha transcribed these two wonderful segments from Wednesday.? Thanks, Marsha! Love and hugs, Connee Abe on thinking outside the box – 3/6/24, 25:27 ? Q: Hi Abraham. Thank you for taking my question. I have a question about working with people or having conversations or meetings with people and not taking everything they say to heart. So I know how the law of attraction works, and I know that we can just allow things to happen. But when certain language comes up, like if I’m in a conversation and I say, oh I want to end up acting in LA because I'm from Canada. And people... There's words flying around like, well we need to manage our expectations, or let's make goals with set timelines. That sort of thing. How do I go through a conversation and maintain respect - because I don't want to argue with people - but remember that I don't have to do it the hard way. Because sometimes I get into those conversations and I leave feeling like, oh my gosh, I’m really stressed out. Thank you. So you've got to think, you've got to find some way of thinking beyond what is. And so just for fun we thought a good way of saying that would be think outside the box of reality. Think inside the box of the vortex, where everything you've asked for is, and it is in a vibrational state, and it is becoming, and your inner being is focused upon it, and there is a point of attraction there and cooperative components are being gathered. And then after pondering, and thinking outside the box, she got so much a vibrational match with a vision of improvement, that inside the box no longer applied. It was a vibrational shift that took place in there. And suddenly - that's how it feels when something bursts into your conscious awareness - suddenly the old way of thinking just would not do. But this hundred dollars is outside the box, so you spend it and you spend it and you spend it and you spend it, you spend it vibrationally, you spend it emotionally, you spend it mentally, you spend it outside the box. And what you don't know until you've done this a while, is that when you do that, you find yourself vibrating outside the box. Your point of attraction relative to money is now proportionate to how much you've spent vibrationally. It's not about how much is in your bank account. And we promise you, things start happening. Someone sends you a check you didn't expect to get - you sort of wrote it off as a bad debt long ago. Or someone you don't even know offers you something because they have it to offer and there you are. Or you buy a lottery ticket that gives you some money. Or you find that somebody left you an inheritance that you didn't even know knew about you. Or you get a refund from something that you didn't know there was a refund due on. Or somebody offers you an increase in your wages. Or you improve something in your sales job that gives you a bonus that you were not expecting. All kinds of things come to you by the path of least resistance. And when you think outside the box, your path of more allowance becomes dominant. It's really, really fun to get outside that box.
So we want you to envision that you are spewing thoughts, sometimes frivolously, sometimes fleetingly, sometimes deliberately, and sometimes the law of attraction is calling them from you because it's a belief or an expectation that makes it easier to think that thought than not. So as you get this stream of consciousness out there ahead of you, we like to say it's a path that you have prepaved, that when you are on it, and as you stay on it, it will lead to a manifestation that is consistent with what the expectation is, wanted or unwanted. When you line up with those things that your inner being knows about you - your worthiness, your blessedness, your capabilities, the things that fascinate you and interest you, the things you adore, the people you adore, what you love - when you are lining up with those coordinates, when the coordinates that you are deliberately believing and expecting match those of your inner being, that's the kind of coordinates that keep Earth spinning in its orbit in perfect proximity to other planets. That's that kind of power. That's the energy that creates worlds kind of power which you all have easy access to. You just got to understand how it works. We know this conversation isn't for everyone that is viewing today. It's a small handful of you that are ready for this mastery of creation. ? |
Make your heart sing
We would never do anything that didn’t make our heart sing. And so you say, “But that choice doesn’t seem to be there. There’s this choice that doesn’t make my heart sing, or sort of staying where I am. I don't feel like repotting that plant right now. but I DO feel like taking the new clay pot out of the bag that it's in I can do THAT much the next time I think of repotting the plant, I am closer to it being done and I may then feel like getting out the bag of potting soil; it's just under the sink .... so maybe I do the next time I pass by I might feel like pulling off the rubber band that is wrapped around the potting soil bag and putting some soil into the new clay pot .... then, by the time I think of it again, it's only a step or two to taking the plant from its old pot to its new pot .... AND adding water because now I have momentum, the momentum of having it all within easy reach each time I have left myself farther along, in a better place New Understanding (for me): THIS is like reaching for a better feeling thought if I am in some out-of-the-vortex, not-so-good feeling-vibe, I don't have the interest/energy/desire to reach all the way to/for joy (actually I don't even remember JOY) what I CAN do is maybe get the one thing that's within reach: a somewhat better feeling thought I can do that. somewhat exaggerated example for effect: "Life sucks and then you die" could become life doesn't COMPLETELY suck then shortly thereafter, when I focus again on my vibe, I will notice that I am in a better feeling place; reaching for the next best feeling thought ~I remember a time when life didn't completely suck~ takes me a little closer to where I belong, where I/we ultimately all really prefer to be, which I remember, once I'm within reach of it then, once I get close enough to it, it becomes an easy reach BECAUSE of the simple steps I took along the way I could have forced myself (discipline) to repot the frickin' plant whether I wanted to or not although experience has taught me potting soil can end up strewn all over the floor that way (not to mention the plant) I can force myself to reach for joy but does that ever really work? maybe the joy flows right through my fingers; and ends up strewn all over the floor (not to mention me) Momentary Interjected Disclaimer (a MID): that is, unless it turned out I was close enough to joy after all ~sometimes we think we're worse off than we are (setpoints and all that) .... hey, it's ALSO a good way for people like me to deal with clutter, (that is, when I am ready and wanting to free myself of it) I get a plastic bin and put it near the clutter maybe I even pull off the lid later I casually note any commonalities in the clutter anythings of the same type in there? notebooks? writing utensils? books? when I'm ready, I can pull them out of the clutter and into the plastic bin I don't have to do it nicely or neatly, just get them in there you see, all of these things are baby steps one step at a time steady progress softly and gently, no rush at all, all for me. and all in the perfect timing. |

Q: Hi Abraham. Thank you for this opportunity to ask
questions virtually. I've been listening to you for a few years now, and have
really seen a shift in my mindset, in my life, and things that are coming into
my life that I've always dreamed of and always wanted. My question here lies in
my profession. This is my 16th year as a school teacher working in a title one
school. I adore my school. I adore the kids I’m privileged to work with. But I
don't know if you have any words of advice for us teachers and the burnout, and
the stress of our work. I take deep breaths, I do what I can. I try to manage
my thoughts. But there's a lot of burnout in the teaching profession and I
really fear for the future of education. And I don't know if there's anything
that you can speak to, to help all of us teachers out here that love it still,
but are really struggling with the profession. Thank you. You carry your bag of marbles around and in this bag is every thought you've ever thought. But the only marbles that matter that are in this bag are the active ones, the active thoughts. And the active thoughts are the practiced thoughts. So, as there are more things for more people to complain about and more people are complaining, then your point of attraction just causes a match, a rendezvous, a point in time. You become a cooperative component to wanted and unwanted. It depends upon what you’re focused upon. A cooperative component is one who is a vibrational match. So don't ever ask things to be as they used to be or better than they are. Don't push against the parts you don't like. Instead, savor the parts you do
like. And watch how your point of attraction changes. We're not kidding you.
Two people with different points of attraction going on, could walk down the
same street at the same time and have two very different experiences. The
