A: You've been thinking thoughts habitually. That's what a
belief is.
And some of your thoughts are so habitual, and so supported by others who have
the same opinions or expectations or habits of thought, that it normalizes it.
So it just feels normal to think these unpleasant thoughts, these not good
feeling thoughts, or experience these not good feeling experiences.
But we want to submit to you that you have choices that you
don't know you have because you're stuck in these habits. You've got to find
some way of accepting that you don't have to be stuck in these habits.
We know how annoying it feels to you when we say to you it
doesn't have to be that way. But it doesn't have to be that way. We know it
annoys you when we say?slight shifting in
the way you think, and therefore in the way you feel, can lead to another shift
and another shift and another shift until something really tips and
manifestation changes.?But manifestation does not change suddenly.
And that's a good thing.
It's subtle vibrational shifts. Just getting
outside the habitual way of thinking more often, if you can. And then
connecting the dots.?It's what the story of…
Make a short list. We're going to give you an assignment. We don't do this
usually. But this will be really helpful to all of you.
Once this broadcast is finished, take a piece of paper and decide that you're
going to get outside your box of worry, outside your box of responsibility,
just for a little game we're going to ask you to play. Outside the normal
thoughts. And write down five things that you have some soft interest in. Not
strong interest. Strong interest, you've been thinking about it too much, and
you've got a mixed bag of thoughts. Soft interest.
Like, it could even be something that, you look around your environment, and
your environment triggers it. Triggers that make you think of the thought. But
it's really a neutral kind of thought.
As Esther looks around this studio, this new studio, she can see
window shades that are down because of a desire to control the light. So
“window shades,” Esther could write on her list. Now Esther does not have
strong thought about window shades.
As she looks around this space, she sees her computer. She has positive
thoughts about computer. So she could think “screensaver.”
She could look around this room... This room is carpeted, which
is really nice for the sound control in this room. Esther loves floors. Only
positive thoughts about them. Esther could think, ooh, there are carpets that
are inside the box. This one is. And there are extraordinary carpets that are
outside the box. So Esther could write “amazing wonderful carpets.” Outside the
box.
You sort of get what we're thinking about. Now, what we are
saying to you is, once you make your list, these thoughts that hold little or
no resistance, that held enough interest because you focused with us for a
while. And you're going to do the process, and you're going to write it down,
on your phone, or on a note, on a small card. You're going to keep it in your
pocket. Or in your handbag.
You don't have to get it out and look at it again. You already turned it loose
to the universe. And now, you're going to move through your day. And Esther is
going to see in interesting ways, screensavers, and window shades, and
extraordinary carpeting.
It's going to come to her. And it's going to
be pointed, and it's going to be frequent, and she's going to know that it's in
response to her point of attraction.
She's also going to know that it's because these are neutral, meaning
non-resistant subjects for Esther. Which are the ones that the universe can act
on the fastest with you.
When you ask for an improvement about a relationship that has
broken your heart, you've got so much resistance that the improvement can't
come till you find a way to get over that resistance. And that takes some time,
doesn't it?
When you ask for more money when you're feeling stress about not
enough money, there's resistance in your vibration. And the law of attraction
cannot get past the resistance that you’re outputting out of habit. Now,
eventually you can change these habits. That's what we talk about all day every
day.
But we would like it very much if you would
show yourself on neutral thoughts, it happens fast. And then we would like you
to turn things that matter to you into neutral thoughts, by playing some of the
games that we teach you like easy existing matches.
This was a really good conversation. Your neighbor may move away after this
much conversation about this subject, even though we weren't talking about your
neighbor.?We were talking about you being
outside the box and you being vibrationally outside of your normal point of
attraction box.
It's not an easy thing to hear a noisy neighbor and not feel resentment, and
not worry about not getting enough sleep.?But
you have to find a way of changing your point of attraction about everything.
You could begin taking an inventory of what's
working really well in your life. That's what easy existing matches are. Easy
existing matches mean I have neutrality vibrationally. Or, I feel very positive
about it because of what I have practiced observing, or because of what I've
practiced doing in processes.
Esther can take an inventory of her life very easily, easy existing matches. I
have choices. She does a positive aspect, easy existing matches game every
single day. Easy existing matches about my life. And she puts things on her
list that you might not be able to put on your list yet.
But she's been practicing a long time. And she puts “I have choices, and I
choose everything.” And she means it. She puts things like, “I have a
relationship with my inner being that I understand.” She puts things on her
list like “I have places to live that are delightful.” Easy existing matches.
“I have a swimming pool that I could get into. I have access to a swimming pool
that I can get into. I have reliable vehicles. I have friends who I adore, and
who I'm certain adore me. And family.”
In other words, easy existing matches. We're not saying to you that everything
in Esther's life is an easy existing match. But she knows where they are, and
she knows how to focus on them. And when she does, by focusing upon easy
existing matches, and therefore not focusing upon easy existing not matches,
easy existing unpleasant things...
She trains her vibration. She trains her point
of attraction into more, and more, and more, and more. Until some days, it
feels like she's moving through life in a bubble of fun, and new. But it isn't
like that every day, and it isn't like that on every subject. But she works at
it, and you can too.
