Abe on visualization, 3/6/24 55:00

Q: Hi Esther. Hi Abraham. Thank you so much for doing these broadcasts.

My issue today is that I'm having a, I’m experiencing kind of the same thing all the time, like my life is the same. So I know that means that I'm spending too much time observing what is. So I've decided to do some visualization. So I know what visualization is, but I'm not sure what to do. Do I… Like say I wanted to do a trip somewhere. Do I just spend some time thinking about hitting the highlights of that trip? Is that where you would suggest I go with that? And also, is there anything else that you might suggest so that I'm not observing so much of what it is? Thank you.

A: Well, this question fits right in with where we are, doesn't it?

So, you're right about focusing on what is. It’ll get you stuck there. Sort of inside the box observation. And it is a good idea to visualize. But we would like to have a discussion with all of you, especially with you who has sent this video. We want to expand your understanding of what we know visualization to be.

Think about visualizing as receiving, as reception, rather than as projection.?

Now think about the game we asked you to play where you choose a subject that is an easy existing match. Something that is neutral. Something that has no concern.

And focus on it just for a little bit. And notice how the law of attraction brings more to that until it becomes larger and larger. And what we want you to hear in this explanation is that by starting with something...

Like when you say, I would like to plan a trip and I would like to visualize it. Well you may be asking more of yourself than you're ready to do and you may introduce more resistance into it. But if you could start in a more general place, where you say, I like experiencing new things that are uplifting to me. Or, I like the feeling of anticipation. I like the feeling of anticipation. I like looking forward to something. I like that feeling of looking forward to something.

Now pay attention to the way you feel, and if that phrase isn't working for you then back right off of it and reach for something else. I like looking forward to something and I like travel. I like going to places that I haven't been before. Or, I even like going to places I have been before and seeing aspects that I have not seen before. Now feel how general we are being. We've not picked a place. We've not purchased airfare. We didn't get online and look for hotels in some city.

We're just speaking generally of how fun it is, or how good it feels to... I like walking out of a building in a city that I don't know and taking in my first breaths of air, and my first sights and sounds of the city. I like that uplifting feeling that I find.

Now, just this little bit of conversation is enough to generate some visualization. You may catch a glimpse of something. Esther goes right to Barcelona with this thought. Of this hotel that's on an intersection with beautiful buildings, and it's a big wide intersection. And it's a visualization of something that you might call memory. But it's not happening now. And it isn't memory in the way you think of memory. It’s a visualization.

Now let it sit for a little bit. And feel if you don't have somewhat of a feeling of anticipation. It'll be fun. It'll be fun to see some new sites. To experience some new things. To meet some new people.

Now, we've been making a statement for a while... It was confusing to a lot of you. You wrote to us about it. And the statement was, was actually talking about quieting your mind, which is what being general does. And then watch the movie, the visualization, if there is one. Watch the movie if there is one. Watch the movie if there is one.

Well for Esther, her mind is exploding with seascapes, and views from her ocean going vessel deck. And her treehouse. And Lovable Cat just ran by. And a stream with some fishes in it. In other words, your mind will give you whatever you allow it.

Some of you are feeling criticism about this conversation. You're not ready for visualization. Some of you, your mind is opened. You're outside the box. And you're getting some images. Now if we were being quiet, and not guiding this, we know that this soft, unspecific, general conversation has provided for you a vibrational basis for some good visualization.

So what we're saying to you is, if you want to visualize, be general in your thoughts. General, but good feeling. Like comfort. Like a comfortable chair. Like a beautiful view. Or a sweet fragrance like orange trees in bloom. Or in Texas it’s the cat claws.

Esther remembers standing and looking at a house that Jerry and Esther were considering. First house that was shown to them. And the one they did buy in Del Mar. And as they looked out across the way, there was a fragrance wafting up from the ravine below them. And there were two big cat claws in bloom. Had almost a mustardy color flower on it. All over it. And it was, oh! And Jerry, who rarely said I want that, whispered to Esther, “I want this.”

And later, when Esther said, “What was it that made you know that?” And he said, “Something about that fragrance and that view, and that feeling of standing right there.”

You practice standing in a good feeling place, and you let thoughts waft into your consciousness like that catclaw wafted, flowed into Jerry's nose... You will re-establish your point of attraction. We are not kidding you. And noisy neighbors will move out. And lovers who are mad at you will reconsider. And debts that you have will be paid. And vacations that you want will fall into place.

This is not pie in the sky. This is deliberate creation. This is not magic. This is focus. This is not foolishness. This is understanding the physics and the laws of the universe, and understanding the coordinates that have already been established in your life experience, for well-being, for health, for stability, for abundance, for fun, for joy.

You’re creators. That's what you came for. You didn't come to regurgitate. You didn't come to regurgitate. You didn't come to just do it the way everybody else does it. You didn't come to lower your expectations to the person that says, “let's manage our expectations.” You didn't come to do that.

You came to explore what was around you and to give birth to exciting new ideas that at first, maybe felt too big, but that felt good. And so you focused upon the feeling good of them until the coordinates lined up for you. And the laws of the universe delivered to you what you accomplished vibrationally.

Sometimes you're born into a family of wealth. And money comes easily to you. But happiness doesn’t. Sometimes you're born into a family of wealth and money comes easily to you, but physical well-being doesn't. Sometimes you meet people who are dynamically wealthy, who are miserable.

As Esther was taking her walk yesterday around a walking trail, doing sort of figure eights on these trails, going this way once, and then this way once, and then going this way once, and then this way once. Passing people along the way. There was a woman who was on the phone talking rather loudly, who was complaining to someone about something.

And 10 minutes later, they crossed paths again. And she was still complaining. And then again, and she was still complaining. In other words, that was where she was. Inside this box of something that apparently was very unsettling. And she couldn't stop talking about it. And Esther noticed that she was still in the same place.

While Esther and her friend were walking, and they were noticing what they could see across the way. And what else they could see across the way. And the dogs that were crossing and the babies that were in strollers. In other words, there was a lot to observe. New things to observe in an environment that was new that day.

It was the same walking path for Esther. But the air was different today. And the sunlight was different today. And the person she was walking with was different today. And the conversation was different today. And the dogs they met along the way were different today. And the people they encountered were different today. There was so much that was different today. Because every moment is new.

And depending upon what you've got going on with your point of attraction, your experience will be that. Your experience will be that. Esther, who is a consummate teacher, who is wanting to understand the laws of the universe more than anyone that you will ever meet, takes everything in, and contemplates it as she knows the laws of the universe are. Esther was like her inner being in noticing that person, who was still miserable the next time they passed and the next time they passed. But not judging her, and not pushing against her. Just noticing that it was hard for the subject to change, because once you get something really going, it's hard to get it to change.

Notice your life. Notice what comes back to you. Notice the answers that the universe gives you. Because you're getting moment by moment, feedback about what your output is. Your output and your input are always the same. Go general to an easy, good feeling output, and watch the input that comes in response.

Abe on 8 year crush, 3/6/24, 1:48:00

Q: Hi Abraham. I wanted to know… I've been in a really good state of allowing all the things that I want to happen in my life. My emotions are really enthusiastic, or positive expectation, joy. Anyway, I wanted to know… I’ve had a, kind of like a crush on somebody for like eight years. Yeah, I know, a lot. And now I'm just realizing, other people are seeing this. I wanted to know if - how do I say this? - I end up with that person or – no, that's terrible, end up, no. Is that the one, or is it someone else? Thanks.

A: Well we'd like to say to you that it doesn't matter if that's the one. But it matters to you, and so that doesn't feel good to hear us say that.?

But what we mean is,?by finding so many positive aspects about something that is your object of attention, you have put coordinates out there for yourself. And you can trust those coordinates to bring you something really satisfying and fulfilling.

But by wanting to make it be that one that maybe you don't believe, and since it's been eight years, we have to say that there must be a strong belief that that can't be, or it would have already been.

So use that crush, that good feeling from focusing, as an understanding that your coordinates are in the right place. That your point of attraction is strong. And then trust the universe to bring you something satisfying and fulfilling. Yeah.
