It’s really about making peace with where you are.?

You say:?
But I am clearly not where I want to be and if I make peace with where I am, isn’t that my saying to the universe let me stay here.?

And we say:?
No. When you make peace with where you are, you stop resistance and then you can really go to where you want to be.?

You try too hard.?
You work too hard at things. ?
And ?it comes from wanting to please others.?
And it comes from having a lot of responsibilities .?
It comes from lot of people counting on you.?
It comes from all of those things, but it doesn’t serve you and it doesn’t serve anyone.?

So just let your mantra be :?

I am doing fine?
Everything’s alright?

The words in the same way you would soothe anyone, Soothe yourself.?

It is alright. I am doing just fine. No big thing here.
There’s nothing serious going on here.?

Anything that diffuses and in a little while, you will feel that visceral shifting that you will feel.?
Even though you don’t see solution, you don’t see immediate result, you don’t have any instant answer to your question, you will feel the turning in the stream and that is what you are reaching for. ??

If you're tripping over a condition in your life, again, and again, and again, it might be a good idea to go somewhere else where that condition isn't.?
But we're not wanting to teach you to run away from unwanted conditions, because what you usually do if you're not knowledgeable about how this all works, you run away from the condition....but you bad-mouth it the whole way.?
You tell everyone why you left that condition.?
And even though that condition now is not in your face, the vibration of it still lingers with you, because you take yourself and your opinions about everything everywhere you go.?
So your opinions about everything really matter.?

If you've developed an opinion that says: Life is hard, it goes everywhere you go...you trip over it every time you want something good.?
Every time you ask for improvement, you trip over your opinion about life being hard.?

So what you really want to do is to develop opinions/attitudes/moods that feel good to you.?
You want to begin looking at the bright side of things, you want to begin talking about what you DO want, instead of what you don't want, because when you get fixated upon what you do not want, it will get bigger, it is our promise to you, because Law of Attraction says that it must.

Life is supposed to be good for you.?
And if anything less than that is happening, it's because you are putting up with more negative emotion than is good for you, and it's not necessary. You don't want to give too much air-time to something you're dealing with.?
Usually people don't say: “I'm dealing with the greatest bout of clarity that I've ever had in my life”. You usually don't use the word “dealing”, unless it's a challenge.?
And a challenge is resistance.

Q: So in that case, when we say we ‘see and draw to me those beings’, are they physical beings or are we actually looking at the Source in each?
?
A: Some of both - ‘Those beings who seek enlightenment through my process.’?
It’s the way it is.?
You get tuned in, and then if you’re selling real estate, those who seek value you through your process are there.?
If you’re a creator of food, then those who seek value through your process are there.?
This is a world where you’re all here to enhance the experience of one another.?
And you can’t cross vibrational frequencies, so what you’re getting is what you’re offering one hundred percent of the time.?
So if you don’t like the crowd that’s showing up in your experience, you want some clarifying of your own vibration to do, because they’re just evidence of how you feel.
?
Q: So we’re not actually drawing to us physical beings, we’re drawing their Source, their energy, their transcendental, their everlasting….
?
A: It depends upon where you are vibrationally, of course, but when you get tuned in to your Inner Being, now you have vibrational access to the Inner Beings of others.?
And so what you’re wanting to do is help them to close the gap by holding them as your object of attention from the point of view that their Inner Being has.?
When you’re tuned in and you focus on anyone, whether they are across the world in another country, or whether they’re someone sitting across the table from you, when you hold them as your object of attention, your Inner Being and their Inner Being are at one with you.?
And that’s what upliftment is – you have the potential of holding that frequency, which makes it more probable than ever before that they might, at least for a moment, achieve some alignment with who they really are.?
That’s why they feel good around you; that’s why they want to be with you.?
?
But if there’s too wide of a gap, if they’ve got too big of a gap between what they are usually doing and their own Inner Being, then you syncing up with their Inner Being and your Inner Being – you’re going to annoy the life out of them.?
They’re not going to want to have anything to do with you.?
You’re going to seem far too intense to them, or far too happy. “That guy’s just too happy, too happy for me.?
There’s too much well-being going on there.?
He needs to focus in the real world, and figure out what’s really going on.”?
?
But if it’s someone you really care about and you continue to hold the attention – and that could be anyone, it could be those strangers on the other side of the world – and you find a way to focus and feel good and focus and feel good, so that you are in sync with them and all of their Inner Beings, now you have the opportunity to be like a satellite dish that is beaming down the ideas.?
You may be the receiver of the idea, you may be the receiver of idea – hear this – to the solution to their plight, and now you are not just the receiver of the idea, you are the vibrational transmitter of the idea. There is much greater likelihood, since thoughts are in the air, that someone will receive that transmission and act on it, maybe even one of them.?
?
Uplifting is the biggest business going, you see.?
You must uplift; it’s who you are, it’s who you were born to be.?
And we’re not talking about action, we’re talking about the vibrational version of it, and then you following any inspiration that comes to you. That’s what life is.?
Oh, you have enough in your Vortex to keep you busy for twenty or thirty lifetimes, and when you start tapping into it, and you start letting the inspiration flow, the dollars flow, the ideas flow, the relationships flow and life is so sweet.?
It’s who you are.?
It’s what you came for.

Relax and make peace

So, are you getting this??
Do you understand that you are the creator of your own experience??
Do you understand that the world is not broken, just varied??
Do you understand that it’s a well-stocked kitchen with every ingredient imaginable, and you can pluck from the shelves and make a pie that pleases you? And if you don’t want Tabasco sauce in your pie, just don’t put it in your pie, but don’t try to get it thrown out of the kitchen because when you try to get it thrown out of the kitchen, it ends up in your pie.?
And then you say “If it wasn’t in the kitchen, it wouldn’t have gotten in my pie.”?
And we say, if you weren’t worried about it being in the kitchen, it wouldn’t be in your pie, either.?
If you weren’t pushing against this unwanted thing, it wouldn’t be in your vibrational mix.?
?
And you say “But it is in my vibrational mix.?
How do I get it out?”?
And we say by looking at something that pleases you. “But how do I get out what I don’t want in?”?
By looking at something that you do want in.?
“No, Abraham, you’re not hearing me.?
I have this stuff I don’t want.?
How do I get it out?”?
By deactivating it.?
“Oh. Well, how do I deactivate it?”?
By looking at something else. ?
“But I want to look at this thing that I want to get rid of.?
I want to wrestle it to the ground and kill it.?
I want to deactivate it by trampling it, by bombing it, by voting against it, by joining groups against it.”?
And we say you’re putting more of it in your pie.?
“But how do I get it out of my pie?”?
By looking at something else.?
“But how do I get IT out of my pie?”?
By looking at something else.?

“Abraham, I don’t think you’re hearing me.?
Let me explain it to you one more time.?
I have this stuff that I don’t want; how do I get rid of it?”?
By looking at something else.?
“You mean just taking my attention from it, it will go away?”?
Not immediately, but eventually, because you cannot take your attention away from something today that you’ve been practicing for a while.?
But you can change the way you look at it; you can soften it a little bit.?
You can change your attachment to it by making peace with it where it is. ??
?
So, if you make peace with the things you do not want by saying “No big deal, they’re temporary,” as you make peace with the things you do not want by saying “No big deal, they’ll go away, they weren’t always here - they got in and they’ll go out the same door they came in,” and you turn your attention more and more to things that feel better as you give your attention to them, before you know it, those things that were once really plaguing you will be distant memories that are rarely activated.?
And in time, they will be activated not at all. ??
?
You are powerful creators.?
You are Source in physical bodies.?
You’re supposed to feel good, and life is supposed to be good for you.?
And everything that you want has been prearranged for you…Source has ridden the rocket of your desire, and there are things amassing in your vibrational future that are thrilling to us even to speculate about. ??
?
And as you relax more, and make every day more fun, and make lists of things that you already feel good about, and make better feeling lists about the things that you don’t feel so good about, and you stop beating up on yourself for the things that you don’t feel good about, but instead, respect yourself, and allow yourself, and trust yourself, and work to feel just a little better, and a little better, and a little better, you’re going to clean up your vibration.?
And within 30 days you will be vibrating on a platform that is so different from today that the things that you’ve been asking for will begin avalanching in. ??

And people who are watching you will say “Whoa, what did you do?”?
And you’ll say “I jumped through the window, and I laid on my back, and I put all four feet in the air, and I stopped justifying my existence.?

A:?There is a momentum of now, that's really good. A momentum of now.?So how would you… So the momentum of now is caused by observing what is, observing what is, talking about what is. A really slowing of the momentum of now is talking about the past you didn’t like, talking about the past you didn't like. Hear the watering down quality of that, what we're talking about??And so what you're wanting is the momentum of where you're going.

And so here's the thing. If you are trying to reach harder into where you're going than you are ready for, you will cause a putting on the brakes. In other words, it has to feel like the next logical step. So if you're trying too hard, if you're trying too hard, that's because of awareness of now. Think about the things that come easily.

Even during meditation this morning, Esther - once she relaxed - heard us say,?“Do this for the pleasure of it. Period. Not to make something happen. Not to fix something that's broken. Allow your vibration to rise for the pleasure of it.”

And so that's good advice about anything. Allow yourself to want this for the pleasure of it. Not because it's needed or urgent. For the pleasure of the creation.

Q: So is it wrong for me… sometimes I'll meditate, when I meditate in the morning, I do it because it's like, I know that I want to have a good day today. I want to be clear when I step out into the world. I want to perform in a satisfying manner. I want to prepave from a place of clarity, my interactions at work. All of those kinds of things. So that's not…

A: That's all good. But that's sort of what we were talking to Esther about today. Because she loves being here with you all. And she is determined - feel the edge in that a little bit - determined to be in the right place for you. To be in the right place so that she can receive what you are asking for.?And we want her to just cool her jets a little bit. Meditate for the pleasure of it, not for the responsibility of it. Not for the responsibility of it.

Alignment is delicious. Responsibility is edgy.

Abe - Tarrytown, NY – Laugh and Play - 5/4/24, 45:36

A:?Decide that you're going to be sensitive to the impulses that come. And do your best to feel good and follow those good feeling impulses. That's, that's really the best encouragement that we could give to anyone no matter what it is you're wanting to create.

You've already done the work. Life has already caused you to ask. And you've asked with greater clarity than you know. Because you lived a lot of life and you asked a lot of questions and you asked for a lot of things relative to that. You really put together the ingredients for a magnificent whatever it is that you want.

And your inner being is all over it. Focused upon it in minutia, in specificity, and in grandness. Your inner being knows what it is you're reaching for and never takes attention away from it. And the law of attraction is gathering… Oh! If only there were more words to explain to you the certainty of what you've asked for. And the certainty that it's been gathered. And the certainty that it is yours. For sure, for sure, for sure, for sure!

But you stand using your eyes to look for it, and you don't see it, so you introduce doubt that doesn't prevent it from happening. It just prevents it from happening now. Because in the presence of doubt, certainty cannot timing-wise happen right now.

So the lighter you get, the better you feel, the less you worry about things, the more you trust yourself, the more you trust others, the more you laugh and play, do a good job of what you want to do, the more you keep your promises to yourself, the more you are kind to yourself and kind to others, the more tuned in, tapped in, turned on you are, the better you feel, then the more often you stand in a place where you can… The timing is right for you to receive a glimpse, not just a hint, not just a gut feeling, but actual visual see it, hear it, smell it, taste it, touch it evidence of the progression.

You meet someone who's talking about what you've been thinking about. You see someone who's wearing what you're looking for. You see a car which is what you hoped would come to be, but you didn't realize was actually reality yet.

In other words, all kinds of things begin coming about and you get to be one of the rare humans who rendezvous with the evidence of it. And there you are, taking it in. And we want you to be one who connects those dots.

Not needing the full manifestation. You think you want it. You think that you want to ask for it and boom, there it is. We know. That's nice too. But what you really want, but because, start again… That's nice too. Because that moment – oooh - when your thoughts burst in to your realization of something… We know how delicious that is. And that's what you're all looking for. But if you could know that that's coming and enjoy it in those moments, and otherwise just enjoy the subtle, never-ending unfolding, it can be delicious for you every step along the way.


Abe - Tarrytown, NY – Next Logical Step - 5/4/24, 58:23

You have to be in the vicinity. You have to be in the vicinity. In other words, maybe kicking the door isn't the best idea. Maybe it's the only thing that will work right now.

In other words, you all know what to do if you're tuned in, tapped in, turned on. You get impulses. You do it all the time, all of the time. Do any of you drive vehicles? When you're driving your vehicle, you do more intuitive tuned in, tapped in, turned on responses to broader knowing then you have any idea that you do. You change lanes without knowing why. You exit at times without knowing why. You slow down and speed up without knowing why. You have broader perspective that knows what, KNOWS - that’s what we were talking about - about what's coming next. What's coming next.

So the way that you are ready for the next logical step is, you're just having a good time. Esther wasn't worried about that package. It wasn't her package. The man was worried about it. Esther is slightly annoyed with people on the other end of the phone that don't really know what they're doing. She does have some resistance to that. But she also has more confidence in her higher knowing than she does in what… Esther knows where to get her answers and most people are calling the helpline.

You know where to get your answers. When you know where to get your answers… Your inner being knows where you are in relationship to everything you want. Tune to that more often.

And so what we're giving to you here is the only work that we would be doing if we were standing in your physical shoes would be to make sure that we are in the receptive mode. Period. Just make sure you're in the receptive mode. Period.

What does that mean? Does that mean worried? That's not the receptive mode. Does that mean feel jealous? That's not the receptive mode. Does that mean be angry? That's not the receptive mode. What does it mean? Having fun. Enjoying. Feeling light about it. Feeling ease about it. Trust.


Abe - Tarrytown, NY – Next Logical Step 2 - 5/4/24, 1:03

?Q: I can't figure it out. Um, the next logical step.

A: You don't have to.?This is something really important to know. You don't have to figure out the next logical step. You just have to hold yourself in a vibrational environment where it can occur to you.

Because, hear this, it won't be logical to you until you're a match to it. And what keeps you from being a match to it is always evidenced at the same time as negative emotion. That feeling of doubt is your indicator that you're not letting yourself be a match to the next logical step. This is big stuff. Are you taking this in?

Abe - Tarrytown, NY – They Can’t Help it - 5/4/24, part 2, 6:50 ?

A: You just feel the difference. So what were you about to say before we interrupted you so you wouldn't say it?

Q: Sometimes when I, you know, pick up a job that I want to have fun and I want to do well, sometimes I'll have like someone, like a co-worker that's just kind of mean and I'm just like why…

A: They can't help it. A person who's mean doesn't want to be. They just can't help it. They've got that same kind of momentum going that you were describing. It's hard to stop that. We used to tell a story… We're going to tell it now because it's such a good one.

The first time Esther went to San Francisco, she was amazed at those streets. And she sat at the top of one of them and looked down this street that looked like a roller coaster all the way down into the bay. And so after she saw that, we said to get her attention about something like this, we said, “Imagine that you're at the top of one of those hills and you're in the car, you're the driver, you're in charge. So you take your car out of gear and you release the brakes and you stand behind it. You decide to just shove it a little bit just to see what happens. It starts to move a little bit and then, you know, if you've been around at all with gravity and all that stuff, you know about momentum. You know what's going to happen. That car is going to start rolling and it's going to pick up speed and it's going to make its way all the way to the water below.”

So once it starts to move you think well I really didn't want it to go that far, so you just step out in front of it and it just bumps you a little bit. And it stops because you caught it early before the momentum got going too much. But if you didn't, you wouldn't want to be down there by the water and try to keep it from going in, because it's going in and it's taking you in with it.

And so this is just a subject of physics. It's the same sort of thing. When you get on a subject and you practice it or that person who's being kind of mean… They don't mean to be mean. They've just been practicing it for so long. And it’s hard to stop being mean when you feel mean. It's hard to stop feeling insecure when you feel insecure. But it’s possible.

Q: Well, I am so grateful because I have manifested the love of my life that everyone’s probably seen me hugging on, and that was because of your teachings, so thank you so much.??

A: You are extremely welcome.??

?

Q: And what is your definition of enlightenment, and what’s the best way to hold your thoughts so you continue to move that forward???

?

A: Well, what we mean when we hear you use the word is, a releasing of resistance to allow the natural raising of vibration so that you can be the true extension of the Source Energy that you really are.??

?

Q: And how would I hold my thoughts on a daily basis to continue to do that???

?

A: By caring more than anything or everything else put together that you feel good. By saying nothing is more important than that I feel good. The mantra that we would offer is ‘I’m going to do my best to make the best of things’. And it’s tricky sometimes. Esther will watch the political debate because it’s interesting to her. And she likes vibing out who’s telling the truth and who isn’t. And she likes getting a sense of the greater picture. And then she likes asking us what’s really going on. In other words, it’s interesting to her.? ?

?

But if she were to ask herself ‘does this make me feel good’ - she might use a word like “Well, it is interesting, therefore it feels good,” or “It is thought-provoking, therefore it feels good.” But when she compares it with things that really feel good, it doesn’t really measure up as something that really feels good. And so, if we were standing in any of your physical shoes, it would be our intention to feel as good as we could possibly feel, which means we would be plucking more deliberately from the subject matter, even of our own life, and focusing upon those things.? ?

?

So often physical friends feel like their real work is to find some problem and soothe it, when what your real work is, is to find some way of soothing, and then the problem takes care of itself.???Sometimes we see people (sometimes unconsciously, but often deliberately) making the worst of something rather than making the best of something, and the reason that they do that is because, as they stand where they don’t want to stand, they think they need to highlight it in order to justify the action that they now want to offer. And we wouldn’t do that.??

?

We would not be understood by most people, because we would almost, in a sappy way, be pining after things that feel good. We would be called Pollyanna if we were in your physical body. We would be called one who does not face reality. We would be one who ignores facts and evidence. We would be one who would be called unrealistic. We would be one who is so interested in feeling good that we would gloss over everything until it does feel good. We would ignore warning signs and we would beat the drum of what feels good.? ?

?

We would not vote for new laws; we would attempt never to control conditions; we would adapt attitudes such as “Well, what will be, will be.” We would just relax and allow. We would beat the drum of allowing, and we would look for reasons to feel good. And we would walk through space and time, with good things happening everywhere we go, with people standing in amazement and saying, “It just doesn’t seem possible that that person, who doesn’t seem to think about anything, could be living so well! How is it that only good things come to that one?”??

Philadelphia Workshop Wrap-up

By successful we always mean more satisfaction.?
Let reaching for satisfaction will be your mantra for a while.?
“What's the most satisfying thought I can think??
What's the most satisfying thing I could say??
Where's the most satisfying place I could sit??
What's the most satisfying thing I could do?"
If you will, in a selfish nature, consider what will be most satisfying to you, you will lead yourself right into consistent and steady alignment, so much so that even when a problem presents itself you won't lose your alignment…you'll be able to evaluate the situation or the problem from a place of enlightened alignment. That's how your Inner Being does it and you can do it, too.
?
We said to someone a few gatherings ago, don't worry about us, we will wedge our message in the crack because we really know what it is you're reaching for.?
And then we said also don't worry about us because we have you outnumbered - the well-being of your life is so much more than the pinched off version of it that some have managed to accomplish.
?
So the thing that we appreciate most about your willingness to come to a room like this, to a gathering like this, to play with us is that in the process of the conversation (the words are helpful to some extent), in the process of sitting in the vibrational resonance of your own Inner Being, you are in a different vibrational place than you have been, which means life is going to be somewhat different for you than it was being.?
There has been a slight (and in some cases significant) energy adjustment that you have allowed - it's always in the offering, but that you have allowed.?
?
So our encouragement is that you just be aware of things that are a little bit different, of what you take to the table now that we've been here together, because what you're taking to the table now is more love, so people who have been a little defensive with you won't be as defensive because they won't feel as much reason to be defensive with you.?
Those who haven't been listening to you as well will respond differently to you because there is something that has changed about you that they cannot consciously identify - they won't be able to tell you what's different because it's a vibrational basis that is different.
?
But we're asking you to notice it because the noticing of that is some of the same benefit that we are asking you to notice as a result of your meditation.?
We expect that more of you will find that fifteen or twenty minutes every morning (morning is best), and we know for sure that when you quiet your mind by focusing on something not interesting, like a hum in a room, that you will leave your resistant thoughts and your beliefs that are contradicting what you want aside for a moment, and that your vibration will find resonance with what your Inner Being knows about that subject.
?
And because your Inner Being has been walking in your moccasins every step along the way, your Inner Being really already has a lot of momentum going about the things that you care about, about the solution part of your problems, about the answer part of your questions.?
So in the same way that you're going to notice some differences today and tomorrow and the next day as a result of resonating in this energy for a little while, meditation is going to do that for you, too.
?
Meditation that you accomplish will accomplish more vibrationally than we accomplished in these three hours, and we got a lot done vibrationally here today. So what we're really asking is that you notice it - that's all, because words don't teach - just notice the results of the energy alignment. Just notice the results of it, and as you take notice of it, then when you sit to meditate, you'll be that much closer to letting in the well-being that is being offered to you.
?
We do not want you to sit in meditation all day every day - we're not asking you to quiet your mind, your mind doesn't want to be quieted.?
That's why it takes a little bit of doing to focus and to get your mind to quiet. Law of Attraction is keeping your mind active on the things that it's already been active about, and so the shifting of beliefs is a sort of slow process even at its best.?
But even in the slow process that it is, as you notice the results of it, then you're going to be more likely to do it.?
And friends, it is the consistency of meditation, it's the willingness to get to that place where you receive those thoughts from Source energy that really is the answer to everything that you're looking for.?

Receptive Mode

So we have some questions for you: Do you believe that your jackpot and other wonderful things are in your Vortex? (Yes)?
And do you believe that your Inner Being knows where everything is and the best timing for all of it?
?
Q: They do, but I would like to be notified, you know, when to go... (Fun)
?
A: So you just said to us "I do believe that they know, but I would like to be in the receptive mode so that when they're telling me something I hear it," and we want you to know we're always notifying you, but the question is, are you in the receptive mode and are you picking up on the notification??
If you're in an ornery mood, you're not.?
If you're worried about something, you're not.?
If you're feeling like things aren't working and things are impossible, then you're not.?
But if you're blissful and playful and open and happy then the impulse calls you just like it did to that table, and then from that table to another place.?
?
The notification is always being sent to you…the question is, are you receiving it??
And sometimes the notification is "Not quite yet, not quite yet, not quite yet…look over there instead, look there instead, come over here instead, come over here, come over here - now look."?
Boom.?

Q: Hi Abraham. I'd like to ask you about two questions today. The first is about the fountain of youth. So assuming we allow more and have less resistance as we get older, and our capacity for love grows over time, what is your perspective about the human part of us that is aging and getting older? So I personally feel more freedom and childlike now after following this body of work and you're teachings, than I did when I was a child. So I'd love to understand this fountain of youth from your perspective.

The second question is about being in the power of attraction. So how is this related to being in harmony and balance with our physical and non-physical co-creators? And is being in assertive mode out of balance and harmony? Thank you.

A: The fountain of youth is a tricky conversation because, as you've heard us say many times, most people offer most of their vibration, which is their point of attraction – it’s their belief system, isn't it? - from what they are observing. And so, as you move through time, there is so much around you that makes you aware that you are moving through time. Also, you're watching others who are moving through time. And you have your observation of that and your opinions of that. So it is understandable why your beliefs would follow with what you are observing.

But you could consider looking at it this way. Why not call it the fountain of clarity? Or the fountain of enthusiasm. Or the fountain of love. Love’s a little trickier word. But the fountain of clarity. Because clarity, and vitality, and flexibility, and good feeling all come from the same experience of being a vibrational match to the source energy within you.

So, it is more difficult for you to not believe or expect your clarity than your aging. You see what we’re getting at?

It's all the same fountain. It's the fountain of alignment. It's the fountain of connection. It's really the fountain of life.

So, for each of you, you're wanting to look for a way to have the least resistance possible on this subject of your evolution. You could call it the fountain of wisdom. The fountain of becoming. We know that you see what we're getting at.

We'll leave the other part of your question to perhaps later as we’re moving forward, once there's more conversation under our belt here.?

Abe Now - Your power is alignment - 4/21/24, 24:21


Q: Hello Abraham. Thank you for this wonderful opportunity that you share with us. My question centers around, what is my work? And in this time of domestic unrest and wars in Ukraine and Gaza and the Middle East, I think of Esther and Jerry on their front porch during a drought looking for the rain. And I was wondering if you could give us some guidance on how to find some rest in this time of unrest.

Love you so much. Love to all.

A: What you were pointing out to us is something that is very important, and that is that when something is personal to you, your reason to focus is greater.

And when your reason to focus is greater and therefore you do focus, you can tap in to that broader perspective of focus. And that is where all of your power is. That's what empowerment is. It’s that alignment.

And so, when you are looking around the world at unrest, it's not as easy for you to focus. When you're looking up close, as the woman in Israel that night was looking at her potential unrest, literal unrest. Or when you think of the people in Gaza, with all of the terrible things that are going on there, lots of reason for unrest. They are focusing. They're focusing. But most who are in desperate situations who are focusing, aren't focusing in a way that they are able to let in well-being.

While you may be focusing, as Jerry and Esther were that day, on the discomfort of the drought. They were not threatened. Their lives were not threatened. And so they could find alignment.

What we're talking about here is, what does it take for me to find alignment? Well it takes a reason to want to find it. And the more personal it is to you, the greater your reason to want to find it, and therefore the more likelihood that you will find it. Can you find it on behalf of the world? You can. You can. And there are those of you who are looking with broad views like that.

But really friends, we want you to hear these following words, because it really is the answer to everything that we've talked about already here today.

When you focus yourself into alignment with your source, whatever you hold as your object of attention benefits.

Do not try to fix the world. Instead, focus yourself into alignment. Now here are the words that we want you to hear. This is the most important thing that you will ever hear from us.

Whatever the people around the world are - all of the billions of individual experiences and focuses - they are launching rockets of desire that their individual inner beings are now focused upon. So they are asking. They're asking. Some are asking with great forcefulness. Some with minor forcefulness. But asking is happening. Step one is happening all around your world.

And step two has happened, all around these subjects. When the individuals of your world are asking, your respective inner beings, the source within you, that which man wants to call God, is answering.

The question is, who's letting the answer in to their individual perspectives? And of course, the more fear you feel, the less you're letting in.

So can you see the benefit of those who are not living in fear in a moment, as you are focusing upon well-being, the benefit that you are offering to the world? Yes, what we're saying is, you got?to stay off the subject.

Esther watches news, and she worries, and feels sorry for, and cries for sometimes, the children of Gaza. Or anyone around the world that is suffering from anything. From an illness, from a fear. But she doesn't help them when she watches them with such empathy that she too is feeling the sadness or the fear that they are feeling. She’s no help whatsoever then.

She can only be of help when she accepts that they have done the step one for themselves. And she accepts that source and their individual inner beings have done the step two for them. And then Esther knows that her help must be when she looks at the details of what's around her and finds reasons to be glad, and reasons to feel appreciation. And reasons to maybe even dip into the lower vibration of hope for them.

But you get yourself all torn up over things that you cannot specifically understand or control, then you have no value to anyone.

Sometimes people get upset with us when we speak like this, because there are so many people who live a very big flawed premise that says, “You are either with me or you're against me, or you have to suffer as much as I am, or you're not there for me.”

And the law of attraction clearly shows you that, that cannot be the case. You can't get sick enough to help sick people be well. Or frightened enough to help frightened people feel safe. Or hungry enough to help hungry people find food. Or poor enough to help poor people find abundance.

You've got to stand in your version of love, and stability, and security, and abundance, and wellness, in order to be of any value for anyone. So focus on your own life. And bring your own life into alignment. And you help everyone by doing that.

Q: Abraham I love the discussion about the openness. And I really love the woman who asked the question. I love to see her on your screen. And it reminded me about curiosity about being open to experience the new, and about attachment theory actually because when a child experiences the world new when it's open, it needs an attachment figure behind him. And it looks behind him, you know, like on the playground. Am I safe? Is this safe? And it's an attachment figure. If you have security you can go on and be open in this world. And it really took me a little time to realize that this attachment figure is my inner being and that I can be open because I can trust on this guidance and on this sifting process. I can feel if it's good for me or not and there's no need to be guarded. So, thank you for this new word.

A: Both the conversation that you are referring to, where someone introduced into that conversation the words open-minded. And we liked it, too. We've been talking about thinking outside the box. Being more open-minded is an easier way to address that. But both that conversation and what you are talking about here today is touching on a very important thing. So let's just take a little bit of time here and focus together.

Always as you are standing in your now, with your existing point of attraction - there's that word from the previous question - you are challenged as humans, often, with wanting the security of what is, or the adventure of the unknown. That's really the essence of what this conversation is really about.

Really, you're wanting the eagerness of moving forward, and the newness of it, and the excitement of it, of the expansion and the more. But again it's like Jerry's conversation about not putting your basket out so far that it confuses you or frightens you or makes you feel discouraged, but not so close up that it's boring. You want it to be far enough that it feels enticing and exciting but not so far that it feels threatening or unimaginable or impossible or not doable.

So, each of you are under different situations, considering different subjects, in different places of feeling that out. And it really is a process of just feeling it out, isn't it?

We are not really excited about the word attachment. It's used in so many ways that cause confusion. Humans similarly use the word grounded, meaning not getting too far away from what is stable and secure. But we would not be emphasizing things to our children or to ourselves that is guarded or fearful. The person on the playground watching out for you, that sort of thing. It is so overrated and so misunderstood, and it does increase the feeling of vulnerability.

Where what you are wanting to do, as someone who lives in your body and in this world, and as someone who mentors others who are, whether they are children or adults, whether they are your children or others’ children.

What you're really wanting to do is to evoke from them - because you've got such a good job going on of you evoking it for yourself, activating in your bag of marbles, so to speak - your sense of well-being.

And of course you hit upon it. The most magnificent sense of well-being that you can have is when you, once and for all, acknowledge the existence of your inner being, the existence of source energy. The existence of source energy’s love and attention on you.

Someone wrote a very magnificent email, someone living in Israel. That night that it was known that all of those drones and bombs and missiles were headed for Israel. And she was really considering what that meant to her. And she described her ability to diffuse and focus - she used the word focus - on her knowing that her inner being is aware of her, and that there is a powerful well-being that comes with that. And then she slept well, even under those conditions. Quite admirable.

So, what that makes us want to say to all of you who are looking for some attachment of well-being, you've got it! You just have to acknowledge it and know it.

And these conversations also make us want to say to all of you that it feels far-fetched. This woman was asking, who had written the question in, did I really cause or was I a part of the reason for the more positive outcome of that night? And of course the answer to that is yes. But it's hard to hear. And most people think that those are too grandiose thoughts, and we're not wanting to get heavy on them.

What we are wanting to be very clear with you about is that you do get to influence your good night's sleep. You do get to influence how you feel in any given situation. You do get to influence what your point of attraction is. And that really is all that this message is ever about, is about your relationship with that larger part of you, who is living in constant well-being and holding you in that focus as well.

Reasonable people working for the good of the whole

At the last Abe Now workshop, they talked several times about current events and finding alignment in contrast.? My friend is going to transcribe some of this when she has time.? But for now, here's one quote from 4-21-24.
"When you focus into alignment with Source, whatever you focus on benefits."

I was pondering this, and then our friend Charlie Curtis sent out his weekly inspirational message and referenced the following quote that I found riveting when I listened to it.? Abraham talked of focusing on reasonable people, working for the good of the whole.? And I was reminded for Mr. Rogers telling us that his mother always told him that when there was news of a tragedy, look for the helpers.?

And synchronistically, on Wednesday night, I had dinner with a friend who works for NASA.? And he was describing how NASA contracts with NOAA, the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, to build and launch weather satellites.? I look at maps that come from those satellites often in my weather app.? And when I heard the quote below, it occurred to me that is an example of the benefit of reasonable people working for the good of the whole.? And how many of those there are, everywhere!

At one point, someone, not sure who, said we don't have to give our attention to the crazy person at the microphone, demanding attention, but rather think of the many silent people who every day make a huge difference in our lives and the lives of many.? ?Yes, that feels so much better to me!

Abe:? Your opinion matters.? But don’t use your opinions as clubs to hurt other people.? Don’t use your opinions to prove the wrongness of their opinions.? Use your opinions as information to help you determine what feels better.

What would feel better than this? What would feel better than government in quagmire?

A cooperative government.? What would feel better than a government refusing to be logical because the quest to push against the opposition has become the most important thing.? What would feel better than that?

Reasonable people working for the good of the whole.? Wouldn’t that feel better?? Do you have the ability to imagine reasonable people working for the good of the whole?? Or do you only have the ability to observe a government in quagmire?

If you have the ability to observe reasonable people who are working for the good of the whole, then some of them who are there already, reasonable people, working for the good of the whole, will come into your awareness as evidence of what you’re reaching for.

You don’t need a consensus from millions or billions.? You only need consensus of your vibration here and now and what’s in your vortex.? And friends, we want to tell you, that consensus is easy to accomplish.? But in order to accomplish it, these are the things that we assign to this particular body of people, here and around the world.

These are the things you need to do.

You need to play more.? You need to go outside more.? You need to move your body more. You need to drink more water.? You need to quiet your mind more.? You need to make more lists of Positive Aspects. You need to get on rampages of appreciation.

And most of all, oh, we love you so much, You need to give yourselves a break.

You don’t feel like going to work, don’t go.? But if you go to work, make sure you feel like going before you go…? When you discover that you can go to work, and feel good, that you can have an existing government and feel good, that you can live in a world that has some chaos going on and feel good, when you discover you have the individual, personal power to feel good regardless of the conditions, then you will have mastered unconditional love.

And when you have mastered unconditional love, the condition must contour to your expectation.? It is our promise to you.? You can singlehandedly solve any problem of your own and positively influence any problem that exists anywhere in the vicinity of your awareness.? And you don’t need consensus of the world, you don’t need political votes, you don’t need to influence other people.? You just need to discover the power of your own aligned leverage.?

You have access to the energy that creates worlds.? And each one of you are individually, in your physical format, powerful enough to accomplish anything you desire.? Because there is a stream of energy and consciousness and NonPhysical partners who are aware of you, everything that you are and everything that you want.

You’ve been reaching for everything that’s in your Vortex and everything that you want is ready for you to be ready.? So our little formula of being nicer to yourself is what we expect will put you in the place of soonest readiness.

Unwanted equals hot coal in sea - 4/10/24, 1:45:30

Q: Abraham in the 14th century a man wrote, “But all the wickedness in the world, which man may do or think is no more to the mercy of God than a live coal dropped in the sea.”


And while one can quibble with any of those words - God, wickedness, mercy - behind them there's a knowing of the infinite love and clarity present, there for the asking. Whether by the billions of cells in the body, or the billions of people on the earth.

For years, I used to get a cold chill of fear when I passed a news stand. But lately, sometimes I get a vivid sense of that Source presence. And the nearness of solutions, relief, and new creation. So thanks very much. And much love.

A: Oh, it's so good to know that and so good to feel that. We like the 14th century comparison of the well-being in relationship to the not well-being. That's really good. All of the unwanted, in those words wickedness or evil. It's like dropping a hot coal into the sea. And that's about how much effect that it really has, and that is a very accurate comparison, we would say.

We liked that you activated the word mercy right on the heels of us talking about compassion, because we would see them as one and the same.

Good conversation. We can’t add to the words that you offered. They are pitch perfect.

Highest Priority - 4/10/24, 1:47:30

Q: Hello everyone. I don't really have a question. I just want to say thank you. I feel like for the first time things have solidly clicked in. Everything has gotten so easy and I'm realizing that this is the way it's supposed to be.

I really became a deliberate creator in the last few months. And I've created the schedule that I want with my work, freeing up time to really do some of the things I've been wanting to do, including bringing my invention to the marketplace. And all of that has been so much fun. I'm really enjoying it. And anything that has seemed difficult or things that I didn't want to do, I'm noticing that now that I'm really in alignment, all of those things are so easy and fun.

A: We are appreciating how particularly in this conversation today, how many of you, and us too, have become practical in the things that we are offering. Not just the laws of the universe and how they work, but some practical functions. We particularly liked your phrase, “Freeing up some time to do the things that I really want to do.”

In your physical terms, you call that compartmentalizing sometimes, or prioritizing. We like to call it segment intending or even just intending.

But you're answering our friend earlier who was sort of wandering around her room talking to us, giving us a sort of dizzying experience as she was moving and talking. Who was wanting to give herself permission to do more of the things that are pleasing to her.

And what you just said is, I've decided to carve out the time to give myself an opportunity to do the…

And what we want to say is prioritizing - in what we consider to be the best way of prioritizing - the things that feel good. In other words, compartmentalizing and prioritizing if you can just give yourself permission to do more of those things that feel good.

When that is of the highest priority, then what you're doing is you're putting alignment with your source energy as your highest priority. You're putting your vibrational marbles in a perfect vibrational match to the marbles of your inner being. You're making clarity your highest priority. You're making timing your highest priority. You're making being in the right place at the right time… You're making rendez-vous your highest priority. You're making being a cooperative component yourself and rendez-vous-ing with other cooperative components your highest priority.

In other words, we like how those of you who've been listening in, and thinking in, and contributing in for a couple of years now with these broadcasts, how you are now finding those practical ways to integrate this knowing into action responses that are working for you. It's really good.

Q: Hello, Esther and Abraham and everyone. Wow, there was so much to think about from the broadcast last week. And I loved how you talked about our vibrational bag of marbles as our belief system, and our opinion system, and our expectation system. And that really got my wheels turning and it led me to make a determination for more of my segments each day, to be determined to be more open-minded. And as a result of deciding to try to be more open-minded, I had a number of really pleasant surprises and experiences. And I had a lot of fun with that. And it led me to wonder about… a couple years ago I asked if my inner being was more objective. And I'm also wondering about my inner being and open-mindedness. Thank you.

A: We like that you have introduced into this conversation the word open-mindedness. We said outside the box, meaning the same thing, but open-mindedness… Open to what??

Open to your inner mind. Open to your desires. Not just open to what has already happened, or open to your beliefs, or open to what you're observing, but open to what you choose to focus upon.?It's like opening beyond observation of what is.

It's all right to observe what is if you care about the way you feel, so you're open to focusing with more specificity, with more focus, with more deliberate intent. Open-mindedness.

Someone sent a note to us. You’re talking about the bag of marbles. This person is asking, is there a way to leave that bag somewhere and start with an empty bag? And you might call that open-mindedness.

In other words, thinking beyond what I've already thought, open to the new, is what people often mean when they think about open-mindedness. Seeing it in a way I’ve not seen it before.

We come back to that think and feel, think and feel, think and feel. And we come back to, when my - speaking from your point of view - when my desire and my belief are in the same place, so there's no vibrational separation, then my desire becomes a manifestation. Then it is.

So, open-mindedness… When my desire is what I'm focused upon, and I'm not trying to weigh my desire against expectations or beliefs, because I've been focusing upon my desire just in this last segment, just in this last minute or two let's say.

And because I focused upon my desire singularly on that end of the stick, then the other end of the stick is rendered inactive. It's like emptying out your bag of marbles.

When you talk about what you want and why you want it, and you do it long enough, just a little over a minute - 68 seconds is enough - then it is like your bag of marbles is empty in the sense that there's no belief that's going to contradict you. And that, in fact, must surely be the best definition of open-mindedness. I've cleared the pathway for a thought beyond what I normally think.

Several of your comments today were leading to this accentuation of this. What-is is compelling. So much about it.
It's also limiting. It's also like gum you've chewed all the flavor out of. There it is. I've seen it before. I've come to expect it.
I'm in the box with it. That's not exactly closed-mindedness. But it's not open-mindedness either, is it?

So what are we talking about here? Well, I feel a little bored. Ah, now we're talking. Well, I feel a little discouraged. Now we're talking. In other words, now we're talking emotion. Now we're talking vibration. Now we're talking true comparison with something that really matters. Now we've got marbles to marbles, we've got my human perspective marbles in relationship to my inner being marbles.

And I want to be open to the way my inner being is looking at it. Because you know what? Your inner being never closes its mind to join you in a belief that isn't working for you. That's why you feel negative emotion.

You feel negative emotion because your inner being won't be closed-minded. You feel negative emotion because your inner being will not cease to look forward into new.

Good conversation. We are appreciating how you all keep leading it into a place of greater clarity.

Want to feel more - 4/10/24, 1:57:20

Q: Hi Esther, hi Abraham. Hi everyone. Last week's broadcast was incredible. So many questions were answered and it was just magnificent. Thank you so much.

I wanted to ask you about our physical senses and the ability to experience more. So I know that we have our typical physical senses and then we have our ability to feel our emotional senses.

But for example, if I'm looking at something beautiful, like a beautiful sunset. And just I’m in the moment, I'm appreciating and I'm basking and I'm full and I'm blended and my heart is open. And yet I still want more. I want to feel more of it. I want to experience more of it. I was just wondering if there's a way to further develop our senses so that we can experience more. Thank you.

A: Well?when you are in tune with your inner being because you care about the way you feel, and so you've practiced focusing and feeling, focusing and feeling, then what happens is you feel the way your inner being feels when your inner being is looking at what you're looking at. In other words, that's the way you can expand your ability to feel more deeply or more broadly, more expansively.

When you feel wonderful, you?are?feeling what your inner being feels.?And then there is anything from that wonderful all the way down to feeling terrible, as you might be focusing in ways that pinch you off from the way your inner being is focusing.

So now we're talking about a couple of different things here that are really for the same reason, but as a couple of different approaches.

You're asking how you can be in your box appreciating the things that you're accustomed to appreciating and doing it long enough that you are in such vibrational sink with your inner being, who is now focused right there with you, but from that broader point of view, feeling breadth and?depth in whatever the subject of your attention is that causes you to feel the expansion to see the breadth and depth of it in the way your inner being does.

So you can be more expansive inside the box, provided that you're looking at it in the way that your inner being is looking at it, or you can get out of the box and look in the direction that you've not looked before at things you've never contemplated before. So, what do both of those things have in common? You being in concert with your inner being.

Whether you are being a better selective sifter by selecting inside the box, looking around your room, around your environment, out at your sunset, into the eyes of your lover, at whatever's going on around you, into the conversation that you're having at dinner, whatever you're seeing in the movie or reading in the book. In other words, looking at whatever you're looking at through the eyes of source.

Or, being so neutral in your thought, absence of resistance, that you are called to the thought that your inner being is thinking outside the box. Humans call that imagination, or visualization.?



We call it joining vibrational forces with the larger part of you that has a much more expansive universe to explore.



So what we're saying is, you all can join us, and we promise a good ride and that you're going to feel great when you do it. Or you can focus inside your box by selectively sifting things that feel good to you, and inviting us in to whatever your object of attention is.



This is such a good conversation. We have not had this conversation before.





Just make the best of things

A: Nope. Nope. Happiness is an interesting word because sometimes you're happy just because something is interesting; you just feel good. You're interested. Interested is a form of happiness, don't you think? And satisfaction is a form of happiness. And enthusiasm is certainly a form of happiness. So happiness is a pretty broad word, but it is a high vibration.?

So feeling satisfied or interested or eager...

Q: So I need to take it a step at a time. So from what I've heard today it would be for me to be focusing on being satisfied.

A: Yeah. And give yourself a break - lean as far toward happy as you can. Just lean there, which means just try to make the best of things, just try to turn it just a little bit; try to just make the best of things. And here's the big piece: Stay off the subjects that are real downers, because with those subjects that are real downers, you want to focus on them because you think that they're the ones that deserve your attention, that you have to fix the most, but they're the ones that are doing the most to train your vibration downward.

Q: I agree, I totally agree. And it is why I make the choice almost every day to listen to your guidance, actually.

A: But after a while, if you're in a pessimistic mood, our recordings will just annoy you. (Fun)

Q: Hi, Abraham. My question is about a relationship I'm currently in, which is kind of at a breaking point of, we're not sure which way to go, one way or the other. She is a Christian and does not support my belief systems at all. You know, we're quite a vibrational mismatch in a lot of ways. But she is such an amazing creator and so connected with law of attraction, even though she doesn't understand it. And it's really tough to find a way to get out of that, and really be able to focus on pursuing my peace and my joy, and being a little selfish. And I would just like your guidance on how to do that more effectively, whether that means staying or going, and what the right way to go is. So thank you very much for this opportunity.

A: In the conversation that we had in the last hour, the one about personality, how are we defined, what is our belief system - all of that… It’s important to understand that life does mold you into perspectives.


So, when you think about it, when you think about the very large population of your planet, and the variety of exposure to life and therefore, conclusions and decisions that people have made, it's easy to acknowledge that there could be a lot of incompatibility.?Just because of the way belief systems are and the way life has touched you and so forth.

But when you consider the things that we've been talking about even only in this broadcast, about the existence of that larger part of you who remains non-physically focused, who is pure love. And you realize that every single person is an extension of that. And in varying degrees they are allowing their conscious connection to that. They can't disallow their connection to it. You cannot cease to be an extension from that. You also cannot disconnect from your guidance system, which is constantly letting you know how much of that full version of yourself you are allowing or disallowing in any moment.

And so your sweet girlfriend, we can feel the things that you were saying about her,?her alignment and how much
?her point of attraction is reflected by her connection to all of that.

And so, don't let the labels that so many people are offering get in your way. People use those labels of religion or politics or?race or so many things be divisive terminology that makes them push against one another, when at the core there is love and alignment.

All right so let's get right to the specifics of this.?This will help you so much. Even if you're the only one who applies it. If both of you do, even better. But even if you're the only one who applies it. Look at it this way, this is what we would do.

I have an opinion about the law of attraction. And my girlfriend has an opinion about Christianity.?And we would like to say to you, there is nothing about alignment that would take anyone away from the love of that one that is revered as Christ, as Jesus.


But a lot of people freak out if we were even so bold as to imply that we have some sort of connection to that. Because they don't want anyone who is living to actually have an active connection to that.


And, all of you have an active connection to that. And it's called a lot of different things. The basis of all religions is in the vortex.


And so, wouldn't it be nice – that’s a stretch, isn't it - wouldn't it be nice if humans could understand their harmonies rather than amplifying their discords. If they could focus upon what feels good rather than pushing so hard against what feels bad.


But that’s never going to happen across the board with everyone, and it doesn't need to. You don't need to agree about everything.

If you could just agree that you are two humans who are extensions of Source energy, who can tell by the way you feel how much of that Source energy you are allowing in any point in time, you can be compatible without stepping on the toes of each other's philosophy or belief.

I met her once on the Mexican cruise in 2009.? What a lovely human light-being. I'm certain?she's joyously reveling?in nonphysical and still interested in what we're doing here!?
