Hello, I know I am sending this a bit early like I usually do, but I wanted to make sure it got to everyone so they could read it, since I have no doubt this weekend and next Monday will be busy days. For those of you reading this message, I want to say I hope you have a peaceful and calm Memorial Day or Remembrance Day which is the other name for this day of honor and remembrance. Memorial Day is a solemn and some what sad day as it is the day we remember and honor those who stood up in Defense of their countries, and the people who lived in them, who have passed on to whatever their idea of the Afterlife aka Heaven is. I do have to say I am very pleased that we are showing those who served, whether they are/were in the Military or were/are First responders, the respect and honor they deserve. I do remember hearing about times they were treated with disrespect back in the 70's and I am very glad that is no longer happening. To me those who stand up in defense of their country and the people in it are worthy of the greatest respect, because every day they put on their uniform, they KNEW they were putting their lives at risk to keep us all safe and they CHOOSE to do it. I am also 100% certain that when they do pass on, whether it is while they are serving or after they have left their position in the Military or as a First responder, they will be given a place of honor in Heaven because they REFUSED TO ALLOW EVIL TO WIN!!!!!! For those who are sad on Memorial Day because of the loss of family members or friends who served, I pray that God by whatever name you may call him or her will give you comfort and peace. I know that one day you will see those family members/friends again when you pass on into the Afterlife/Heaven. Also for those of you who are reading this message, if you have served or are currently serving in the Military or as a First Responder, I would like to THANK YOU for standing up to keep the country you live in and the people who live there safe. I pray that God keeps you and your families safe, as well as those you serve with. And for those who have family members who have served or currently are serving in the Military or as a First Responder, please tell them I said thank you for standing up and protecting your country and the people in it. Hi I'm trying to find an old pokemon fanfic that I for the life of me can't seem to find anywhere. Basically ash either starts with or catches a Growlithe that has hydro pump as an egg move. From what I vaguely remember I believe that said Growlithe eventually evolves into Arcanine and can use said hydro pump egg move (which I believe happens near the end/latest posted chapter[s?]) Any help would be appreciated

While it has its usage, I think the way Cloud Storage is being pushed only benefits the companies that are pushing it, to the detriment of the users. Yes, it has its uses, as a backup location, but it should almost never be your primary storage. If it is your primary storage, such as somebody sharing a computer with other people, there should be a backup somewhere more local. Having an on-site server your company owned would be far smarter. Yesterday I learned something new that I never even heard about before and I wanted to share it with all of you in case you didn't know about it already. It is about a Federal holiday called Peace Officers Memorial day which is celebrated on the 15th of May and supposedly has been since 1962 when JFK signed it into law. The one sad thing about it is it is not a public Holiday so nobody seems to know about it. At least nobody I asked did. I am almost finished with Chapter 18 but have found I'm having a bit of a problem. The Chapter is part 2 of the Royal Tour. Queen Elizabeth II and her retinue is visiting Pern and actually flying on unbonded dragons to various locations. The end of Chapter 18 consists of some of the final places she is going to be visiting and I just can't seem to get down to writing about them. One place, Red Butte Weyr and Hold, I am going to have to do, because it is not part of canon for DoP, but I'm wondering if there is anyone familiar with The Dragonriders of Pern who would like a chance to write one or more of the segments. I am currently working on the segment for Red Butte Weyr & Hold where the new Pern Planetary Government is located. There are only four others that I can definitely use some help with: Half Circle Sea Hold, Benden Weyr (where all the remaining Pern-standard dragons now reside), the MasterSmithHall, and the Harper Hall. A possible fifth segment is the Queen's Farewell Banquet that will be held in Spath's Weyr the day before they are scheduled to return to Earth. In order for me to consider including any segment written by someone else, it must be obvious that the writter has read all three of the original books by Bob and Alyx, they must have read Book 4 up to at least Chapter 17, AND they must be familiar with the DoP books by Anne McCaffrey. This is a fleeting offer, because I am, even now, working on those very segments. I'm hoping to have it all completed in the next few days. If you want to try, Please post your suggestions in here with one of the above bolded headings at the start of your post. If I accept all or even some of your suggestion, I will give you credit in here and at the end of Book 4. It looks like this chapter will be a long one, because it's 23 pages already and I still have two other segments to finish other than the above four.

I currently have my computer backed up with several external hard drives (they are getting rather elderly), and three different Cloud services (sue me, I'm paranoid). My question is about those rather elderly external hard drives. Can anyone suggest some replacements? Would it help to know that my paranoia has me running 5 of the silly things? Hi All, Was hoping someone might be able to help me find a fic. The details i remember - Time Travel fic. Harry is sent 3000? 30,000? years into the future to a time where life has pretty much ended and Dinosaur type animals run around. Hermione went missing before he left and happens to appear some time after he arrives in the future. Tommy is still around, pretty sure Harry and Tom are just names of the reincarnations of Samael and Azazel. Problem is Earth is dying, the ley lines are snapping and this is their final go around. Its a race against time, can they end each other before the earth ends. I seem to remember it being pretty good but cant say i've ever managed to find it again. Any help would be appreciated. Hi All: I have been looking after my father since my mom passed away in 2016. In late August 2020 he found out that he had lung cancer and he passed on yesterday, quietly and peacefully. I have alot of stuff going on with RL as I am a carer for my mam, and thats stressfull but i have always made time for my writing. I tired writting on the train on the way back from Galway but had absloutly no luck at all.
