Hiya! Welcome to the group. You'll find our completed stories (Dumbledore's Army and Spiritus Crystalus) here and, if Fanfic.net decides to boot us off the system, our work in progress (Sunset over Britain) as well! You can post your questions or comments here and we'll do our best to get back to you. We should be able to answer your questions in more detail this way, as we won't have to worry about keeping the A/N's small. I've joined your group to guard against the possibility of FF.net pulling your stories. I'm one of those horrible people who reads often but reviews rarely. I have greatly enjoyed your stories, and I love the way you are able to make the characters your own while still being recognizable as JKR's own. I am eagerly awaiting new installments of Sunset, but I will probably go back to lurking now. Just a quick note to say that SC has been uploaded. What people can do with these files. You may; 1) download and read them. 2) download and even print them out for reading while taking a bath. You may not; 1) Repost these files on another website and claim you wrote them. 2) Take that print out you made and sell it. 3) Call me dirty names... well not really, but if you're going to talk dirty to me you have to deal with Alyx and she bites. As you can tell, this is a brand spanking new group. Tomorrow I will upload Sunset to the group. In the meantime we intend to use this group were we can post our files AND allow adults to converse about the Harry Potter universe. Found a good story? What happened? I'm just finished with the last chapter of Sunset and I rushed to join the group just in case they boot you. I find nothing wrong with the story, aside from the fact that is H/Hr, which since HBP release is making me want to find more and more stories from this ship. Anyway, the story is very good and it made stay on the computer for two night to read all the chapters. Try to keep going with it, but if they boot you. There's plenty of sites to post in. Some reviewers are saying he got off lightly. Lets see, 1) 2 month in school suspension working as Filch's assistant. 2) Loss of his quidditch captaincy and unable to play the game ever again in Hogwarts. 3) A fine of +48K Galleons 4) A one year suspended sentence. All that for an assault that probably today would have been plea bargained down to indecent groping. The simple fact is everyone is screaming for Ron, Snape and Dumbledore to go to jail and if you sit back and think about it, you'll see as soon as that happens the story is over. We tried to come up with a suitable punishment that would not remove Ron from the picture this early. Of course, if you want, we can always drop an anvil on his head and be done with him.... but that would (a) kill the need for a sequel for this story and (b) finish Sunset in a chapter or two which would be momumentally boring! People will get punished, eventually. And on our schedule, not our wonderful readers :) We have a time line we're working with and things have to happen in the correct order and at the correct times. - Bob

We're looking for two people that might be willing to help us. The first person should be British. We have had the need to look up certain British things. Sometimes we find them, sometimes we don't. It would be a help if we had someone from the UK we could ask questions to. The other position we need is someone to act as a part time Moderator for the message board. What does snorkack mean?

I think that instead of naming your chapter titles with 1, 2, 3, etc. you shoul do 01, 02, 03, etc. so that the chapters stay in order. Right now the chapters for SC are Ch1 Ch10 Ch11 Ch12 Ch13 Ch14 Ch15 Ch16 Ch2 Ch3 etc.

Good chapter! I can't believe some of the things Dumbledore has done and he doesn't seem to have a conscious about them. Giving someone false memories to force them to follow a different path!!! That's just evil. And losing the Malfoy fortune that way. HA HA HA HA I think the hearing was done perfectly. And the way they just tuned Mrs. Weasley out was hilarious!! "HIS SCHOOL DAMMIT" indeed. And a portable swamp on Snape!!! OUTSTANDING! Although, I'm confused; did Peeves work with Harry on that or was it just a good timing thing? As always, keep up the good work. Greg

well as I'm not fond enough of ff.net to join, figured I'd join yall's group so I could leave feedback and well to see if yall posted here first ;^). well you promiced that things would get a lot darker before they got better and you haven't lied. it's interesting to see Moldyshorts intelligent, or at least the lacky's & minions haveing something resembleing a clue. and ooooh, bad form on Harry. it's been a day since I read(yes I know I'm slow joining up, blame my sloth :^P) but Harry really shoulda kept that list of demands of Albus's and handed it over to the MLE for the growing evidence pile. though the way things are heating up, it no look like Harry & the Outcasts are gonna be around long enough for those charges to be filed and Albus to be delt with thru the Ministry. anyway, gotta say that I'm rather enjoying this sofar and I'm eagerly awaiting more.

well now this is an insteresting chpt. and it does goto prove that ole Dumbledore is a right basterd. as cagey and paranoid as Mad-Eye is, one wonders why he's still following Dumbledore. not saying hte old goat should side with Harry immidetly, but considering how baddly Dumbledore is screwing the pooch here and his calaus treatment of students(that altering of memories shoul really worry Mad-Eye) but how the Old Fool isn't properly keeping his head in the game as he goes outta his way to alienate Harry under the guise of returning him to the fold should put Alaster off(yes I realize you have method to your madness, just makeing an observation). the bit about Molly being a plump aunt Petunia was amuseing as well. I'm personally of the oppion that Rod got off far too light in his actions and it's ironic that emptying the Weasley's vaults of half their value probably only returns money that they've embezzeled over the years(well ok, that Dumbledore embezzeled). still it was good to see some small justice done. eagerly awaiting seeing Harry's lil prank. the developments between Draco & Luna are interesting. looking forward to seeing how Draco's going to be kept outta daddy-dearest's hands... hell basically I'm eagerly awaiting more.

I have been reading your stories and some of the recommended stories on you ff.net pages, and am happy to say that I have never been disappointed by either your stories or recommended stories. i am a bit surprised that nobody recommended those two fics yet, and as i am not sure how to put it into the link section, i'll post it here first. harry potter and the emerald tablet by lady alchimia: http://www.fanfiction.net/s/1672761/1/ and harry potter and the years of rebellion: http://groups.yahoo.com/group/HPYOR_archive/ those two are ones of the best fanfiction there is, with a depth to characters almost never shown.. good reading.

In Dumbledore's Army, you updated once every 1.5 days. Now you are updating every 3.5 days. Any reason for the 233% slowdown?

Bob and Alyx's one day i would love to read a story by you of if harry would grow up dirently (lived with some one els. or some how learned about magic from some else at a young age . time travil like if he had to relive his hogworts days over like in harry potter and the time mage. or something like that.) if you did i know it woul be a long time off. but that dont mean you cant start the brain storming. there isnot many good ones out there that i would recamend . the ones i would be. 1. harry potter time mage 2.
