I'm getting an error when I try to use direwolf with GPIO configured for PTT. I'm running Raspberry Pi OS on a Pi 2B. Raspberry Pi OS with desktop and recommended software Release date: July 4th

Where did you get and install this wsjtx package from? It clearly has issues if it's trying to uninstall things from /tmp. Anyway, I've dealt with similar issues by simply re-creating the "missing"
