from /tmp.? Anyway, I've dealt with similar issues by simply
re-creating the "missing" files and then retry the uninstallation:

Can
anyone provide a solution as to how to completely remove the
program without reimagine the SD card? I can’t upgrade any
packages until this is resolved. Thanks
