yup the computer supports EFI infact it has Bullseye running on it but have been having a fight with WSJTX and the sound system so since I wanted to give HamPc a workout I went down the SSD path right

If computer you are using is an older one (like more than 12 years maybe) then there's possibility that it does not support EFI. Try converting the GPT to MBR, e.g.

The EFI part is what mine seems to be missing.? I've looked all over in the BIOS and don't find it.

Have you tried using the testdisk command to fix the GPT (like described in the VirtualBox post previously)? Is your computer EFI-enabled? Maybe you need to reconfigure EFI because it cannot
