Hi -- I have a person in our group who told me she got a notice that there will be an annual charge for her sponsorship of our group made to her card in 3 days (she made a sponsorship payment about a year ago). She didn't intend to make a recurring sponsorship and doesn't remember doing that. How can I cancel that on her behalf? I can't figure out how to do it. Thank you, Kristin

I have manually sent welcome notices (from a list of pre-written notices) when we get a new member, and choose +Owner on the message FROM pull-down. I am automating it but do not see an option how to specify that it be sent from the +Owner (rather than “me”.) i.e., there is no pull-down to choose which sender when composing/updating the saved Notice. Will it ALWAYS be sent from the +Owner or am I missing something obvious to make that happen? Thx!

What does "locked" mean? Does it mean that new members can no longer be invited? Due to budget constraints I need to downgrade to free. It says my subgroups will be locked. Can I invite new members? A member was uploading a stack of PDFs, a dozen or more, multi page. I had told her it was OK because I thought it was. Suddenly a NO MORE ROOM alert!! The Old Attachments Auto-Removal switch was on, and I'd not received an 80% warning. My guess is that the space filled too quickly for the fail-safes to kick in, so my instinct is to sit tight to see if it fixes itself overnight. Is that reasonable? Or, should I start panic deleting on my own? Thx, Laurie

Hello, I opened a group for people where some of them don't speak English. Hence, I need the possibility to either override, translate or turn off the "Confirm Your 开云体育 Subscription" message that new subscribers receive after sending a first registration email Otherwise, people won't reply and never be able to sign up. I'm flummoxed with this one. I want to find a way to be able to create a new Subgroup and send the Invite to all members of the Group. But I want to make it clear and easy for anyone NOT INTERESTED in the subject of the new Subgroup to Opt Out of it. If I understand the process and flow properly, any New Topic/message/reply sent From a Subgroup topic/message will go to all Subgroup members. Non-Subgroup members will not even know that the message existed unless they go into the Subgroup and read/reply to it. I haven't found anything in the Owners Manual, or Member's Manual, or GMF that seems to address this, though I think I saw something alluding to it a while back. Simple outline: New Subgroup - Cruising and Vacations (themed to share specifics on these subjects) with an Invitation Sent to All Members of the Group. Note/disclaimer in the first paragraph - "If you are NOT INTERESTED in further emails on this subject you can OPT OUT of this Subgroup by (fill in with the instructions); you will then NOT receive any further messages on this subject. If you would like to share your, and other's experiences on these subjects then Reply to/Contribute to this Subgroup messages. If you would like to (re)join this Subgroup at a later time, you may do so easily." Further explanation for those who do not have any Subgroup knowledge or experience - "This Subgroup is intended to put like-minded and interested members in contact with others who think and do things of this nature. The idea is to share good and bad experiences, information and knowledge on the subject, and ideas." Then I would add in a 'first shot' detailing some of the experiences of a cruise we just returned from. I've actually already created the Subgroup, I just want to let the Group know about it. And, specifically, knowing (some of) the Group's tendencies to resist MORE emails for any reason, I want to make it CLEAR that there is an immediate and complete way OUT right now. I looked through the activity log and it displays the same information. How do I find out who from what group actually made this change? Hello to you all ........ 1/ Firstly - if some one joins into an existing chat, can their input be removed if required to do so by the owner/moderator, or can only the member who made the comment do that ? - I am talking here of say an individual comment with photos attached etc. I can see that the owner/moderator can delete the whole "chat" completely & thereby lose everything but what if he (the owner/moderator) wishes to keep most of the chat ? 2/ Secondly - is there any way of resetting the activity log back to the beginning of the count ? In effect to start again with the whole presentation. Barry

I can't filter the membershpip list to see all moderators. I see the check boxes for the filters but the apply button is not there. I am in other groups and I don't have this problem. I am owner of both groups. Ther is another owner on the group I am referring to. Is it possible that he has me restricted?
