Auto Notices (sender address?)

I have manually sent welcome notices (from a list of pre-written notices) when we get a new member, and choose +Owner on the message FROM pull-down.?
?
I am automating it but do not see an option how to specify that it be sent from the +Owner (rather than “me”.) ?i.e., there is no pull-down to choose which sender when composing/updating the saved Notice.?
?
Will it ALWAYS be sent from the +Owner or am I missing something obvious to make that happen?
