- Use gloves and masks when picking up items and clean the item when you get home
- No items to be offered that require entrance of the gifter's home/garage/sheds...
- No remote face to face meetups without safe distancing masks and gloves.
- i.e. Meet at a predefined location,? acknowledge from a distance (Cell phones help here) and gifter sets the item, and backs away for the recipient to collect the item, maintaining safe social distancing.
- If one of the parties does NOT follow safe distancing and wearing of masks,? please WALK AWAY and report the matter?? -? We WILL reprimand, and for repeat offenders ban the offending party.? THIS IS FOR EVERYONE'S SAFETY!
- No food items in case of contamination - This one is a restriction for any food item that is not in sealed containers and otherwise unopened/unused - Sorry but any food items that cannot be cleaned should not be offered.
- Reminder - Medicines are prohibited under our normal rules.
- No clothing, bedding etc. unless freshly laundered and bagged in plastic garbage bags

- Limits on furniture! In particular upholstered furniture or mattresses; as these cannot be properly sanitized?? "Hard" furniture - such as tables, wood/metal/plastic chairs (cane back/seat OK;? upholstered, NOT OK), dressers, end tables and similar "Hard" surface furniture CAN be offered
- Locations - keep it to short distances
- This is aimed at the Gifter's end, BUT
- a general location required on all posts for wanted/offers
- Major Cross streets
- Near the (Hub,? Newpark Mall, Union landing etc...)

Neither Fremont Freecycle nor the moderation team guarantee or warrant that anything received from another member of the group is free of any contagion or other defects.? Anyone receiving any item from another Fremont Freecycle member accepts all risk for that item.?
