I was able to verify YAAC keeping the correct baud of 38400 for the Nucleo TNC and all is working as it should. Using version 1.0beta210(09-Apr-2025).

I found the bug with opening the object editor, and it was introduced accidentally in build 210. It will be fixed in the next build. However, the last comment should be blank in the Station/Object list, as that displays the last comment _received_, and you are apparently never transmitting these objects on RF and receiving them back from a digipeater. Direction finding settings don't seem to save in beacon configuration

I have been trying to understand some of the direction finding extensions of ARPS.? I have specifically been reading from the APRS101 document starting on page 28 for the PHG and DFS data.? I believe that I should be able to set this in a beacon settings.? This data should then be displayed and calculated if I turn on View->Layers->show direction finding.
?
I can set some data for DFS in the beacon settings, make sure to save the settings.? When I beacon I do not see the data in the packet and when I go back into the settings for the beacon all the DFS? options are back to turned off.? It does not seem to save things.? The PHG settings seem to work.
?

Also a nice feature would be to have beacon button have a pull down where you could just hit the button and send what is your default beacon or chose one of the other beacons you have created or maybe a new option under message or query where a new window would open up with the PHG and DFS options and the ability to send a one time beacon with direction finding data.
?
If anyone has experience with these features I would love to talk with you.

Yes, those messages in the second screenshot are the messages from the MEG field office. Notice the ARC093,TNC097, which indicates the 93rd county in Arkansas and the 97th county in Tennessee. Is that close to you?
Note that the counties aren't always whole counties; the county I live in is large enough that they have a Northern county and Southern county chunks.

You should use OHX, because nothing is being sent under the airport ID (except for a few Canadians sending Objects of the airport AWOS's). The callsign pattern I showed is for the forecasting offices sending forecasted severe weather
zones; the real-time weather objects will use your radius filter.
If you're on the border between two field offices' territories, you would use a filter like b/ABC*/DEF* (with whatever is the three-letter codes for the offices).

If you have downloaded and unzipped the NWS files correctly, these 12 files should be in the tiledir (along with any other ones you have separately downloaded for OpenStreetMap or USGS terrain data):
