I have been playing around with the different ADS-B receivers and found some play well together and others do not. FR24 provides it's own build. RF24 has a very clean UI and feeder compensation plan. Not to mention a cool support crew. The reason I like them. So cool if you want to support their feed, but please don't do that work if the work is more than the leading symbol.

That's interesting. Your raw packet feed records start with '@', but the ADS-B plugin for YAAC expected them to start with '*' (as the rtl_adsb program produces). I will tweak the ADS-B plugin to accept either record prefix; this will be released with the next build of YAAC. You'd want to connect to port 30002 to get the raw data. YAAC ADS-B decoder plugin processes the raw data itself. my issues might occurring because i am unclear as to how the "Selected? Digipeat Paths in Proportional Path Order" are supposed to be setup. are these used in addition to the "Standard Digipeat Paths" ?
is the second group (Selected? Digipeat Paths in Proportional Path Order) creating some type of priority from the first group ("Standard Digipeat Paths" )
these settings may be related to the serial port setting problem i mention in my answer #4
what i mean here, is there something in the two groups above that should be add OR related to the serial port in order for digipeating ?

Greetings. This problem is somewhat unclear., and will require further information to resolve. 1. When you saved your beacon settings, was the "enabled" checkbox checked before you clicked the "Save Changes" button? The "enabled" checkbox is part of what would be saved, so if you didn't enable it until after you had saved it, then you probably didn't save the enabling. 2. How many beacon definitions do you have? If you have created additional beacons over and above the default beacon record, each beacon's settings (including its enabled flag) is independent for each beacon definition. Do not keep creating duplicate beacon definitions that are redundant to the ones you already have; extra beacon definitions should be because you need a _different_ beacon definition. 3. On your APRS-IS and KISS-over-TCP ports, are they enabled for transmit? If they can't transmit, then your beacons can't be sent, and therefore will not be heard. And if there are no enabled beacons or no transmit-enabled ports, then the BCN button won't be enabled (why, when there is no way to transmit the beacon?). 4. Are you looking to receive your own beacons back? That will only happen if you are transmitting on RF, and have a digipeater in range to echo your beacon packets back to you. The APRS-IS backbone will _never_ send your own packets back to you (not even if they are heard by some other I-gate). YAAC's configuration is not stored with the executable code; if you want to clear your configuration, start YAAC with the "-clear" command-line option, i.e., java -jar YAAC.jar -clear to tell YAAC to erase all its configuration data when it starts up. Note that YAAC ("Yet Another APRS Client") is one of the client programs that supports using the NWS weather zones. I can't say if any other client software can use the weather zone definition files.
