If you use RigCAT then you might do it with editing of the FT-991A.xml file: The order of modes are exactly the same in the drop down as in the XML file. I didn't try it, but it might work... 73! de

Kevin, Have a look at the source code. It looks like several lists would need to reordered and maybe other code changed to reorder the list successfully. Have a go at it and see what you can do. 73,

Jay, Be sure the 7300 is in USB-D mode in fldigi. If using hamlib for rig control it shows as PKTUSB I believe it is. Check the Tx Attenuator setting, bottom row right side below the waterfall.
