Receive settings?

 

Hi Group,

I have JS8CALL working fine along with my IC-7300, and should not have to change the IC-7300 settings.

FLRIG/FLDIGI, another story:??
I am able to control frequencies and modes in the 7300, as well as transmit and see transmit audio on the waterfall.? ?But on receive, the waterfall is black.? I don't think it is copying stations.? Without touching my IC-7300 settings, how do I set audio level in FLDIGI or set the waterfall?
