automatic seting transceiver date/time by flrig
flrig can send a date/time string to the transceiver to reset the transceiver time of day clock.? Currently that string is a UTC value (because I've been thinking UTC for all of my ham operations for the past? 65 years).? This function is currently available for the following transceivers
