Seat for a 47 pickup
I believe that early in my association with Willys Tech I read that a second row seat from a Dodge Durango would fit nicely. Can a member verify this I would appreciate it.

Re: Leather oil seal and gasket¡..
Look online at Kaiser Willys, Walck's, QTM etc and search by original part numbers. The leather seals have been replaced by new material but the part numbers remain?

Re: Speedi sleeve
Richard,
Forgot about that mounting plate. And it is a lot easier to do it all with the engine out. And, if, it's out, why not fix or get another crank,

Re: Speedi sleeve
Dan
Actually I referring to the fact that the flywheel mounting plate on the rear of the crank would make it impossible to install the sleeve. Unless there is something I¡¯m not seeing here.

Good question. It would involve removing the transmission, bell housing, clutch, flywheel, oil pan, more. Then replacing the seal, reassembling with new clutch. Makes me tired just

Michael. Take a look at my Specifications page, go down to Rear Axle and you should see a picture showing the position of the breather hole on a Dana 44. This might not be the same position as your

I¡¯ve used them on just about everything from crankshafts to wheel hubs to hydraulic pump shafts.
They work great!

Re: Speedi sleeve
Never used it on the end of a crankshaft, but have used on several wheel
bearing sleeve areas. Works perfectly. I cannot see why it would not
work on the crank shaft.

Speedi sleeve
Hi everyone,
Been working on a couple of boat trailers, and problems with pitted and rusty spindles- in the area where the seal is supposed to keep out water- the inside- is a problem on one axle end
