Running 4.7.6. I read a suggestion in another post to run TurnOffXmlValidation.py before loading the panel and that works. Panel will now load without the error. Here are the offending lines:

Hi. I had a similar problem with my 64bit Windows 10 laptop. It was something related to Java I suppose. Just open the task manager and look for services that start with "jogamp"+a series of numbers.
