Running 4.7.6. I read a suggestion in another post to run
TurnOffXmlValidation.py before loading the panel and that works. Panel
will now load without the error.
Here are the offending lines:

The easiest way to diagnose this problem is for you to upload the XML file to the ProblemsBeingWorkedOn folder.
